This Truth Declaration is executed primarily as a Heavenly and Spiritual act done on Earth as a wise and powerful Will commanded by The Creator, I AM WHO I AM, through the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, the superior Power incarnated into the living man, 'Mario-Gonzales': of the clan “Veloso”. This is all about cleaning up the whole house that The Creator, I AM WHO I AM, gifted this living man as his living body becomes the very temple of the Ruach Ha Qodesh while on this Earth.
It is the assertion of this living man that these legal procedures as proliferated all throughout the world and originating from the ancient Romans as handed down by Babylon The Great had evolved towards the detriment of this living man, all in the guise of "business", "commercialization", and/or "public service". This living man, endowed with the Spirit of The Creator, I AM WHO I AM, in his self-education as guided by the wisdom of the Ruach Ha Qodesh, my dear Spiritual Mother, wishes no part in all these 'worldly' activities involving moneys and 'promises to pay'. This living man have now understood clearly that the Birth Certificate as 'imputed' unto the living baby when this living man got out of his Earthly mother's womb, was the very creature of the laws of men designed as a tool for legal authorities to "register" every living baby that was/is born, in order that all countries can be bought and sold through all their nationals and/or natives.
It is clearly expressed by this living man that these vile acts towards his life's essence as a living and healthy baby was done without the benefit of 'proper understanding' and 'proper education' as to what, why, and how such "buying and selling" of his life's energy can affect his whole existence as one of I AM WHO I AM's Heavenly child among the awaited few Chosen Ones, a very clear fact on this Earth as far as this living man is concerned, one that will ripple and have a great effect into the afterlife!
All these "buying and selling" of my "imputed" and "coerced" Birth Certificate name have to be expressed in this Declaration so that it be resolved without any delay on this Earth because time is becoming very scarce indeed as the King, the ultimate Equalizer this time around, is fast approaching to claim His Throne and Dominion on Earth. This living man will offer His gifts to his Master and dearly beloved Brother, but I can not possibly do all these good works if I am still "in chains" in the enslavement of Babylon in these Maritime commercial codes.
Hence this Spiritual intent as the primary purpose for this Open Declaration; I wish no harm, I do not intend to enrich myself with moneys, and I come not in my own merits but by the Power of the King's Name Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach.
This living man is not after the "moneys" as kept hidden in the secret and dark books (accounting ledgers and/or Master Files) of "Mammon" as the undertaker of lost souls of all worldly vanities. However, if in doing such act of faith in my Master's Words to get out of Babylon and not be one with its activities this living man "triggered" something in these commercial Systems and procedures, like the release of any "credits" to the benefit of this living man, such "loss" for Babylon to the detriment of all those entities that/who may be involved, whether they admit such acts or not, can be summed up as laid out in Genesis 50:19-21, spoken by the patriarch Joseph himself, "that such evils done towards him by his brothers are all allowed for a time by the Great Elohim, I AM WHO I AM, for the good of all His children Yahsharal". If it is not yet clear to any dark entities of this world how Powerful I AM WHO I AM really is, this will be an eye-opener to everyone that even at the lowest points of Yahsharal's scattered children as "shackled" and "enslaved" all throughout the history of this world, the darkness just fueled the "light" of Immanuel Ha Mashiach in the lives of His Brothers and Sisters, the remnants of Yahsharal, when they shine like the stars of Heaven as they endure trials up until the end of this age.
If this living man will be "gifted" with Earthly riches by being the "innocent slave" of Babylon The Great almost all of his entire adult life, then I urge every guilty party to blame I AM WHO I AM My Creator, for He is the Almighty Power that turned this dull Heavenly Weapon into a Master Sword worthy for the keeping of Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach, the eagerly awaited and anointed King of this Earth as declared by the Creator Himself and bowed low by all the Powerful Hosts of Heaven because Him and only Him can open the scrolls (Revelation Chapter 5).
This Declaration is to give "Notice" to all legal, governmental, commercial, and Earthly entities and is not to be construed as an act of asking for permission by this living man from any legal entity/corporation, all commercial in nature. Only to my beloved Father in Heaven, I AM WHO I AM, through the Authority that He gave my King and Saviour Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach, as guided by the Ruach Ha Qodesh in my dear Spiritual Mother, only from all three (3) superior Powers will I ask for permission/s and not from any Earthly entities.

Every word as declared in this ‘Statement and Declaration of Truth’/”Affidavit” is made under the full authority of Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach, The Son and Emissary of The Almighty Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name! In full faith to the Words and Kingship as declared by Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach in the Scriptures, it is by His Name that we, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, 'Mario-Gonzales': of the clan “Veloso”, openly declare our full redemption, both in our Heavenly calling, which is foremost, and on our Earthly essence, in order to do good works as we prepare for our King and Saviour's return on this Earth from Heaven as commanded by The Creator, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name!

We are heirs and servants of The Almighty Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, and Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach is our Redeemer; and as Abraham was given a new Name by Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, this living man declares that we bear the Name given by The Almighty Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name, through His Spirit, and it is the Name 'Amats-Lokem', incarnated in this living man as Willed by Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, bearing the living name 'Mario-Gonzales': "Veloso".
Isaiah 65:15
"You will leave your name for My chosen ones to use in their curses; the Sovereign Aluah, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name, will put you to death, but to His servants He will give another name."
This living man is co-heir with Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach and a son to Yahuah, The Almighty I AM WHO I AM through His everlasting covenant with Noah and through His promise of Kingship in the lineage of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (Yahsharal), by faith and open declaration! This is the Heavenly calling and appointment of this living man as proclaimed in the Scriptures by The Almighty Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM.
Revelation 3:11-12
"I (Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach) am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown. The one who is victorious I will make a pillar in the temple of my Aluah. Never again will they leave it (Kingship). I will write on them the Name of Yahuah my Aluah, I AM WHO I AM, and the name of the city of my Aluah, the new Jerusalem, which is coming down out of Heaven from my Aluah; and I will also write on them my new Name."
1. This ‘Statement and Declaration of Truth’/”Affidavit” is made under and in agreement with the following internationally accepted Maxims and Principles of Law:
-Notice to principal is notice to agent, and notice to agent is notice to principal
-A workman is worthy of his hire
-All are equal under the law
-In commerce, truth is sovereign
-Truth is expressed in the form of an affidavit
-An unrebutted affidavit stands as truth in commerce
-An unrebutted affidavit becomes the judgment in commerce
-All matters must be expressed to be resolved
-He who leaves the battlefield first loses by default
-Sacrifice is the measure of credibility (no willingness to sacrifice = no liability, responsibility, authority or measure of conviction)
-A lien or claim can be satisfied only through an affidavit by a point-for-point rebuttal, resolution by jury or payment
2. This ‘Statement and Declaration of Truth’/”Affidavit” is given to all in order to;
a. establish, signify, proclaim, and verify the status of this living man; and
b. to eliminate/deny any and all presumptions by any and all fictitious, corporate or private entities; and
c. to rebut any and all alleged claimed authority and/or jurisdiction of any and all fictitious, corporate or private entities over the deponent, those entities being without standing upon the land; and
d. to render null and void from the very beginning as "joindered" unto this living man all purported "contracts" presumed to be entered into between any commercial/corporate entity and the estate, person, and/or individual named on paper as "MARIO GONZALES VELOSO" and/or "MARIO GONZALEZ VELOSO" or any variations and derivations of such fictitious name/s with a surname as originally indicated on the "BIRTH CERTIFICATE"; and
e. to make separate and with full distinction, in full faith and compliance to the commands of the Creator, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name and to declare with finality the Heavenly and Earthly separation and distinction between the following names:
i. "MARIO GONZALES VELOSO" and/or "MARIO GONZALEZ VELOSO" or any variations and derivations of such name/s with a surname, such name being the "estate", the "person", the "citizen", the "Ens Legis", the "transmitting utility", the "dead entity"; and
ii. 'Amats-Lokem' and/through the living man we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, such Name being the Beneficiary and the General Executor, the Authorized Representative, and to be very specific, the living man;;
Further, the former name being "fictitious" (without life) and a "presumption" without the proper consent and full disclosure using the "BIRTH CERTIFICATE", while on the contrary, the latter being the living man (full of life) with a 'soul and Spirit' as breathed life by The Creator, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name; and moreover, the former as bound to this Earth and only for this Earth while the latter being called out into Heaven and the Name as owned by The Almighty Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM; and
3. In this agreement unless the context otherwise requires:
a. headings are for the convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of this agreement; and
b. the singular includes the plural and vice versa; and
c. underlines, bolds, italics are for emphasis only, it does not change the simple English meaning of the Statement that the paragraphs convey; and
