Re: The Living Man

13. Our 'soul and Spirit' made a choice to incarnate into the form of “man”, with the mother being “Lea”, born of both the clan “Gonzales” and the clan “Esquivel”, with the “biological father” being “Maximo”, born of both the clan “Veloso” and the clan “Sanico” hereafter called ‘the biological creators’, both of which have or had physical standing upon the land at the time of the ‘conception’ of our living being; and

14. The living fetus into which we incarnated was born (not "birthed", not "Date of Birth") as a living being on the date known as the Twentieth day of the month of “September” in the year of Yahuah The Almighty known as “Nineteen-Seventy” on the land known as “Ophir”; see Annexure "A" - Birth Certificate on the URL: "https://www.yahuah-in.me/laws/pdf/annexures-a-amats-lokem.pdf"; and

15. The physical living being in which we are now incarnated is born of co-creation of both the clan “Gonzales” and the clan “Veloso”; and

16. The living being in which we are now incarnated considers himself a national of the land known since Biblical times as Ophir; and

17. The living being in which we are now incarnated is neither alien of “Ophir”, nor a citizen of Ophir, nor considers himself a citizen of any other fictitious “country”; and

18. The biological creators ‘Lea’ and ‘Maximo’ gave the living being in which we are now incarnated the appellation ‘Mario-Gonzales’; and

19. The appellation of the live-born being, as given above in the previous paragraph (18), is based upon the appellation given to the live-born biological creation by the living biological “mother” into the clan known in this case as “Gonzales” preceded by a hyphen signifying continuity with the first name and have to be understood as the name of the living man with no surname, therefore, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso” or ‘Mario-Gonzales’: “Veloso” is to be construed as the specific name of the living being with no surname as linked by the hyphen and stopped by the colon ('Mario-Gonzales':) followed by the description of the living being's father's clan ("Veloso"), this follows and obeys the ancient Ways of The Creator, Yahuah is His Name, when He describes His servants in the Scriptures by His own distinction for each, such as, Noah "the son of Lamech", Isaiah "the son of Amoz", Josiah "the son of Amon", David "the son of Jesse", and the like; and

20. This live-born being in which we are now incarnated is not in any way to be confused as being the statutory-created fiction nor any statutory-created fiction nor any estates with the name/s “Mario Gonzales Veloso” nor “Mario Gonzalez Veloso” nor “Mario G Veloso” nor “Mario Veloso” nor “Veloso, Mario Gonzales” nor “Veloso, Mario Gonzalez” nor “Veloso. Mario, G” nor “Mario, G, Veloso”, et alia, nor any such upper case, “CAPITAL-LETTERED” nor lower case variation of such, in any way, including but not limited to punctuation, initials, prefixes, suffixes, titles, appendages, and the like; and

21. The living being in which we are now incarnated, so named ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, is a creation of The Creator, Yahuah is His Name; and

22. The living being, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, is not a creature, monster, animal, instrument, surety, fiction, chattel, slave, servant, subject, citizen, serf, vassal, vessel, or member of a colony, or any other similar representative of fealty or subservience;

"This living man is a servant "only" of The Almighty Yahuah, and if anybody on this Earth claims otherwise, then Yahuah The Source of all Power will be their primary adversary because this living man was already redeemed by The Creator through the payment as delivered by His Son, His Emissary, Yahusha Ha Mashiach."

23. The 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, has sole authority and control over the living being, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, and that authority is derived directly from The Creator, Yahuah is His name; and

24. The living being, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, is also known as ‘Amats-Lokem’, an appellation with which the 'soul and Spirit' making this ‘Statement and Declaration of Truth’/”Affidavit” chooses to also be identified as whilst in this realm and in this living being; and

25. The 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, plays out this incarnation through the living being, and as the living being, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, solely with, and under the absolute authority and blessing of, The Creator, Yahuah is His Name; and

26. The living being, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, is the ‘vehicle’ or “vessel” of/for the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, so that the 'soul and Spirit' may observe, operate, interact and interface within, and obtain knowledge from, these dimensional domains, both physical and non physical, living and non-living dimensions of the “past”, present and yet to be, “future”, and cannot be, and is denied to be, claimed by, or under the authority of, any fiction, government, religion, corporation, species, and/or other entity; and

27. The living being, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan "Veloso”, is recorded as being a living man under the full authority of The Almighty, Yahuah is His Name, and evidenced in this open declaration as published and recorded on this webpage, available and readable for all the world to see and understand at the URL: "https://www.yahuah-in.me/laws/pdf/declaration-amats-lokem.pdf", a complete and fully running website under the fully-qualified domain name (FQDN) "yahuah-in.me", visible to the whole wide world and readable in plain English, made possible as created by this living man, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, the declarant and affiant giving life and substance to these words in fulfillment to the Words as commanded by Yahusha Ha Mashiach; and

The living being, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, having reached the age of majority, that being eighteen years, on the Twentieth day of the month of September in the year of Yahuah The Almighty known as “Nineteen-Eighty-Eight”, and with a body and genetic DNA free of any injections and/or external genetic modifications, hereby claims copyright ownership of their DNA from the biological creators, the “mother” and “father”, with their consent and approval; and

30.
