41. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, renounce, rebut, disassociate and reject in its entirety that the “Corpus Juris Civilis” (as issued by order of Emperor Justinian I from [529 AD] to [534 AD]), and any and all instruments subsequently and consequently constructed from it, has any authority over us, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”;

"This living man is given life in the Spirit by The Almighty, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name! The inheritance of His Laws towards His children is "immutable" and "unchanging", such Laws are embedded in the hearts and minds of His Chosen Ones through His Spirit living inside of each one."

We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, renounce, rebut, disassociate and reject in its entirety any direct joindering of us, the soul/Spirit and/or the living man, with any fiction and/or under the Cestui Que Vie Act [1666], and any and all instruments subsequently and consequently constructed from it, excepting that we acknowledge, consent and agree, for the purpose of "zeroing out" such accounts so that all proceeds be given back to the poor and the needy, which includes the animals and the environment, that we, the living being ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, have been determined as, and made, the principal and sole benefactor and sole beneficiary of the deceased estate Cestui Que Vie trust account/s named “Mario Gonzales Veloso” and/or “Mario Gonzalez Veloso” and/or “Mario G Veloso” and/or “Mario Veloso” and/or “Veloso, Mario Gonzales” and/or “Veloso, Mario Gonzalez” and/or “Veloso. Mario, G” and/or “Mario, G, Veloso”, et alia, and/or any such upper case, "CAPITAL-LETTERED" or lower case variation of such, in any way, including but not limited to punctuation, initials, prefixes, suffixes, titles, appendages, and the like, established through and with the “date of birth” of Twentieth day of the month of September in the year of Yahuah The Almighty, I AM WHO I AM, known as “Nineteen-Seventy”, and further, with such "date of birth" being asserted in this paragraph to be malicious as "joindered" to this living man because only ships and documents can be birthed/berthed and not the living with a "soul and Spirit" as Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, have gifted this living man with;

This profound proclamation and command by Yahua is very much alive in the heart and mind of this living man, and he has no intention of disobeying such."

"This living man bearing the name without a surname, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso", declares in all certainty and truth that he was born (not birthed, not birthday, not Date of Birth) on September 20, 1970 or in other words, 'Twentieth day of the month of September in the year of Yahuah The Almighty, I AM WHO I AM, known as “Nineteen-Seventy”'. The baby that was born healthy is a "national" and a "native" (not a "citizen") of this land and soil of 'Ophir' signifying the staus and role of a "Beneficiary" in all Trusts held by Trustees as Willed by I AM WHO I AM. All purported contracts as entered into by this living man in the past is now declared null and void from the beginning if it indicates another name with the same date (September 20, 1970) being described as Date of Birth or birthday. This living man has no birthday, this is just "realistically impossible". He only has a Date Born or born-day.

"This living man was "imputed" with a name when he was born as a healthy baby boy, and as he grew up to be the mature and wise living man writing and giving life to these words, all his life he was being "joindered" and "coerced" by the authorities responsible in the creation of his Birth Certificate bearing the all-caps name “MARIO GONZALES VELOSO”, said legal name is a "person" and a "citizen" (not "national", not "native") in the eyes of the legal codes of men and was birthed, or registered, or docked, on September 29, 1970 or in other words, 'Twenty-Ninth day of the month of September in the year of Yahuah The Almighty, I AM WHO I AM, known as “Nineteen-Seventy”'. This said legal name, a "person", was not born into this world but "birthed" or "registered", or "docked" because creatures of the laws of men, in other words, an Ens Legis, can not be born because only the living with a 'soul and Spirit' can be born. However, all Ens Legis has a date of registration, or Date of Birth, such date is not to be construed as the day the living baby was born but is the very day the Ens Legis and all-caps name was registered, indicated on the Birth Certificate in the entry/line that says "Date Received at the Registrar's Office".

All the purported contracts in the past that the said Ens Legis name entered into is now to be declared as "only up to the premises of the Ens Legis" and it is by no means applicable to this living man if it is towards his "detriment" as this living man only receives the "benefits". All 'financial obligations' as passed on to the Ens Legis name is to be paid for in full by the Ens Legis as decided solely by this living man using the Ens Legis' "account" as held in Trust by any Trustee, said Trust as Willed by my Father in Heaven, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, since the very beginning indicated this living man as the Sole Beneficiary being a "national" and a "native" of this land and soil known since the ancient times as 'Ophir' and 'Philippines' in this present time. As all debts be zeroed out through this Declaration, the resulting credits be submitted without any delay to this living man, the legal Ens Legis acting only as the "transmitting utility".

This living man will fulfill all the Words and commands of his Master Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach, to give all wealth to the poor and the needy, to live life centered in His promise of salvation and Kingship when He returns on this Earth to rule. This is also to give a very urgent message to any entity to "Not Delay", "Not Hinder", "Not Usurp", "Not Steal", "Not Hide", "Not Manipulate", and/or any other vile acts towards this living man that will hamper his abilities to serve his Master, for it is not unto this living man that such vile acts will be done, but to my beloved master, my dear Brother, my King, Immanuel Ha Mashiach!
