47. The registration of the ‘birth’ in the year known as “Nineteen-Seventy” of the physical living being, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, by the biological creators, the “mother” and “father”, with the then “Registry of Births Deaths and Marriages” of the “State” of “Republic of the Philippines”, otherwise known as (or DBA): "GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES" or "REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES", with corporate classification as published worldwide on "Dun & Bradstreet" and United States Securities and Exchange Commission respectively, was done without full disclosure by the living man or woman acting as the “Registrar of Births, Deaths, and Marriages” of the “State” of “Republic of the Philippines”, or by the then “Government” of the “State” of “Republic of the Philippines”, otherwise known as (or DBA) "GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES" or "REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES", to the biological creators, the “mother” and “father”, as to what the “Registrar” and/or “Government” intended to do with the details of:

a. when ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, was born; and

b. where ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, was born; and

c. the gender of ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, at the moment of being born; and

d. the names given to the living being shortly after being born;

"Nowhere in the said registration was the living baby's Name written. Instead, an all-capitals name with a surname was "devised" so as to give the impression that it is the living baby's. The living baby's mother, ignorant of the implications of the "glossa" in all-capitals which in the proper English bears no meaning at all, was simply "coerced" and not given the proper education by the entities that required such Birth Certificate. The healthy, alive and kicking baby was simply "registered as if dead", a very clear fact that started this living man's interest in finding out the true purpose of the Birth Certificate as used in the governmental and commercial world."

"This living man can not bear a name in all-capitals and with a surname, this is just truthfully impossible because I am full of life in Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM's 'soul and Spirit'. In this wisdom that was given me by my Great Elohim Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, it is clear that the placenta and the umbilical cord that were part of the living baby's body when he was born, but later discarded and surely had died afterwards, was the 'member' of the baby's body that was given the ALL-CAPS name but later on, as the living baby was subjected to all sorts of education and propaganda, such a living being was being siphoned into believing that he was the ALL-CAPS name, hence the term in the legal sense as 'joindered'. The living and healthy baby that was born continued to live a life centered on the Will and Purpose of Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM in contrast to the placenta and umbilical cord which were severed and obviouly had already died. This is clearly understood by this living man, that an ALL-CAPS distinction is only used on the tombs of dead people at the cemeteries all around the world, therefore, the entity that was named in all-capitals in the Birth Certificate can not be the living baby but the "members" of the body or "body parts" (placenta and umbilical cord) that were discarded and surely had died already even before the healthy baby got out of the hospital."

"Further to this understanding, and in the context of the legal codes as "devised" by men exactly like a magic wand, the definition of being "Born Alive" is clearly expressed in 1 US Code 8, and I paraphrase for a direct to the point and very clear statement and understanding, "that any part of the baby's body, in other words, a member of his/her body parts when the baby got out of the mother's womb, every body part that comes along with the baby are all considered alive if the baby is alive". This gives a very clear understanding that in the eyes of the legal codes of men, the body parts, or "members" of the body parts of the living baby that was born, is worthy of "governmental registration" as all of it, even if separated, was once born alive and therefore is eligible to be entered into the Registry of Babylon for all "commercial" and "governmental" purposes. The dead, magically through the manipulation of words using the legalitites of men, simply became alive, and once the living man or living woman accepted such a lie, whether knowingly or unknowingly, is now put under the spell (powers) of Babylon The Great Deceiver.

And once again, armed with the Power of Redemption as fulfilled by Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach, and for full clarity of the Heavenly intent of this living man whilst on this Earth, let me reiterate that I have no wishes to take part in such diabolical buying and selling of the essence of life (or "death") of all living men and living women on this Earth. This Declaration speaks in all truth and courage that no way, not in my Heavenly Watch whilst on Earth, that my life as gifted by my Father in Heaven, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, will be found "joindered" in the books of death of Babylon The Great. This living man is alive, and any body parts that belonged to me is mine and mine alone, hence, anyone found "buying and selling" such essence will be guilty of the highest sin in the Highest High Courts of I AM WHO I AM, for it is not my life that Babylon bought and sold, but the giver of my whole existence, the Creator of Heaven and Earth and all worlds known and unknown, Yahuah The Almighty, I AM WHO I AM His Mighty Name!

The designers of the Birth Certificate, whoever they may be, whatever place on this universe they came from, is "openly" guilty of one very obvious sorcery as evidenced on my Birth Certificate, and that was when the words "Date of Birth" (or birthday) was placed indicating a date of this living man's bornday (or Date Born), this here is the act that can be likened to a sorcerer's sleight of hands. As the living man giving life and honor to these words, in the Power of the Name of I AM WHO I AM my Father in Heaven, that was not me the living, and nobody on this Earth is given permission by this living man to "register" my living essence among the dead as indicated by the word "birth" (or berth), because only ships are "berthed" (or birthed), not living men. The living is born and not birthed. That is why Babylon The Great just exposed itself into His own fires of Hell, all written down for all the world to see as evidenced on these Birth Certificates indicating a "Date of Birth" that is the "Date Born", with both words ("birth" and "born") having very different meanings and implications, yet woven together as if 'in synonym'. Surely the Highest Court of my Father in Heaven will not allow His children to be included in the World of the Dead, for all of us Chosen Ones, alive in the Spirit of I AM WHO I AM, are are now eagerly waited upon by The Father Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM as accompanied and surrounded by the Highest Generals of Heavenly Powers at the porch of His Heavenly Palace. And if this Birth Certificate is the one "device", or "devise", or "magic wand" holding our "return back home" and into the loving arms of Yahuah Our Father in Heaven due to these "buying and selling" of our Earthly life's essence, then I AM WHO I AM is the One and Only "assaulted" and "maligned" party in the case of these Birth Certificates.

"As this Declaration is done in all goodwill and reconciliation, I urge each and every living man/living woman reading these very words to not be involved in the sure path towards Hell that Babylon The Great carved for Himself. Simply put, no one in Heaven and on this Earth together with all worlds known and unknown can go against the Power and the Will of Yahuah The Almighty, The Creator, I AM WHO I AM. It is just an impossibility, like when a ship, no matter how big and enormous, can sink a whole island a thousand times bigger than its size, probably more! Anyone, get out of the way, get out of Babylon The Great and clean up your hands of the smudge from its "buying and selling" of the life's essence of the people of this Earth, be very sure to be far off and away from the Judgment as now placed in the hands of Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach!"

"This living man, properly and truthfully with a name ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, can not carry a dead entity's ALL-CAPS name. It is now declared into the open the following truths as far as how this living man have understood the Birth Certificate as given to his parents when he was still a baby:

-‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”
--National and Native of this Land, Sole Beneficiary and General Executor, Sui Juris, the living man
--Date Born (not Date of Birth/Berth) on September 20,1970
--The truthful and lawful name of the living baby can not possibly be 'included' in the Birth Certificate for it was intended 'solely' for the placenta and umbilical cord, a dead entity once such "members" of the body of the living baby that was born was discarded

-“MARIO GONZALES VELOSO” and all variations of such a name with a surname
--Citizen, Transmitting Utility, Estate, Ens Legis, a "person" and a 'dead' entity
--Date of Birth or birthday or Date Received at the Registrar's Office (not Date Born) on September 29,1970
--All of the Birth Certificate described a "dead" entity in the most correct legal sense, hence, whatever 'rituals' or 'procedures' in any way done to the 'separated' placenta and umbilical cord, whether known or unknown to the living baby and his parents, were acts by any authority on the matter to ensure the 'inclusion' of such an ALL-CAPS name to the 'commercial' value of the country as a whole because such ALL-CAPS name as a 'transmitting' utility into and out of the commercial realm bears huge amounts of money once the living baby matures and is succesfully 'joindered' by the governmental and commercial realms

If the “Registry of Births Deaths and Marriages” of the “Government” of the “State” of “Republic of the Philippines”, otherwise known as (or DBA): "GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES" or "REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES", with corporate classification as published worldwide on "Dun & Bradstreet" and United States Securities and Exchange Commission respectively, used and/or divulged the details of the living being ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso” being born, to a third party or parties and consequently a corporate, non-living, fictitious legal entity, the “person”, “Mario Gonzales Veloso” and/or “Mario Gonzalez Veloso” and/or “Mario G Veloso” and/or “Mario Veloso” and/or “Veloso, Mario Gonzales” and/or “Veloso, Mario Gonzalez” and/or “Veloso. "This living man lives in the Light as enlightened by the Words of Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach and will never consent to anything hidden in the darkness. No paper or document on this Earth can contain this living man's essence and therefore stop him from worshipping Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM in the Spirit and in truth, hence, he can not and will not exchange his consent as a mature living man made in the image of Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, for anything much less as existing only on a piece of paper, like an Ens Legis name."

"This living man does not and will not subject himself to any foreign and/or unknown codes made by men, the origins of which is clearly an abomination in the eyes of Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, exactly like the foreign gods of ancient Babylon."

"This living man serves only Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, The Source of All Power, in Whom my Spirit witnesses as the source of all Truth. If this living man's essence is hindered and compromised in any way, his service to the Great I AM will surely be affected negatively, a clear scenario of "obstruction of service" as far as this living man's life as offered to The Almighty is concerned."

"This living man is already redeemed at a price no amount of Earthly wealth can equal, to Him and Him alone, my King and Saviour Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach, will I give my full trust, confidence, and allegiance. Any act/s of "commercialization" of the living essence of this living man will surely scratch the reputation of Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM's "priceless" ordination for His Sons and Daughters."

Ephesians 5:8-9
"......for once you were darkness, but now in Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, you are light. Walk as children of light, for the fruit of the light is found in all that is good and right and true."

Deuteronomy 11:26-28
"See, I Am (Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM) setting before you today a blessing and a curse — the blessing if you obey the commands of Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, your Aluah that I Am (Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM) giving you today; the curse if you disobey the commands of Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, your Aluah and turn from the Way that I command you today by following other gods, which you have not known."

"......you were bought at a price. Therefore honor Yahuah The Almighty, I AM WHO I AM, with your bodies."

49. At common law an adult may assume any “surname” by using such name and becoming known by it, for the use of a “surname” is a discretion rather than a must as done by his parents who are both "very much unaware" during the time that this living man was born, and the “surname” is never formally bestowed on a “person” but acquired by the living man or woman by reputation, and, as such, the “surname” not being a "must" of the law but a matter of discretion which can be decided by the living man himself;

Genesis Chapter 5 - How Yahuah The Almighty, I AM WHO I AM Names His Children
In the Scriptures, the Words as breathed life and substance by The Creator, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name, no one can find "surnames" when The Creator describes genealogies in laying out His children's Names. This is the Way of The Creator, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His name, and this is the way that this living man declares in these Declarations as to how he will be named as the living man, ‘Mario-Gonzales’, of the clan “Veloso”; in this written form of the living man's name, my father's family name is written as a description of my genealogy and not as a "surname".

Matthew 7:21-23
“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Master, master,’ will enter the kingdom of Heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in Heaven. Many will say to me on that day, ‘Adonai, Adonai, did we not prophesy in your Name and in your Name drive out demons and in your Name perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’"

This living man's beloved and loving parents did not even know such facts regarding the use of surnames and the real purpose of the "BIRTH CERTIFICATE" up to the time of their deaths, and if the Name of Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach, is clearly laid out in the Scriptures as a very important recognition and distinction, it is just wise for us, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, to declare and clear out the separation and distinction between the fictitious name as printed on the "BIRTH CERTIFICATE", “Mario Gonzales Veloso” and/or “Mario Gonzalez Veloso” and/or “Mario G Veloso” and/or “Mario Veloso” and/or “Veloso, Mario Gonzales” and/or “Veloso, Mario Gonzalez” and/or “Veloso. Mario, G” and/or “Mario, G, Veloso”, et alia, and/or any such upper case, “CAPITAL-LETTERED” and/or lower case variation of such a name with surname, in any way, including but not limited to punctuation, initials, prefixes, suffixes, titles, appendages, and the like, and the truthful name ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, such truthful name is without surname and exactly follows the commands and examples of The Creator, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name;

   and

50. A “surname” on a “Birth Certificate” is a presumption as far as this living man is concerned, and we, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, do not consent to any such presumptions; and

51. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, renounce, rebut, and disassociate ourselves completely from being the said “BIRTH CERTIFICATE”, created without our consent by the “State” of “Republic of the Philippines”, otherwise known as (or DBA): "GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES" or "REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES", with corporate classification as published worldwide on "Dun & Bradstreet" and United States Securities and Exchange Commission respectively, and using the ‘name’ “Mario Gonzales Veloso” and/or “Mario Gonzalez Veloso” and/or “Mario G Veloso” and/or “Mario Veloso” and/or “Veloso, Mario Gonzales” and/or “Veloso, Mario Gonzalez” and/or “Veloso. Mario, G” and/or “Mario, G, Veloso”, et alia, and/or any such upper case, "CAPITAL-LETTERED" or lower case variation of such name with surname, in any way, including but not limited to punctuation, initials, prefixes, suffixes, titles, appendages, and the like which we believe are “GLOSSA”, a criminal corruption, of the living being’s proper name, that being ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”;

"This living man who was once born alive a healthy baby, did not and can not possibly consent to anything as a days old living being, and in this case, a legal name as imprinted on a piece of paper such as the Birth Certificate. The living baby, who is now this mature living man, is full of the Spirit of Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, the Author of all goodness, righteousness and truth. This living man lives his life as a form of prayer to the Great I AM! No paper or document on this Earth can contain his essence as an heir of Noah, a Son of The Great I AM, a brother to Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach my Master and my Saviour."

"Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshippers will worship Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshippers the Father seeks. The Aluah is Spirit, and his worshippers must worship Him in the Spirit and in truth."

We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, renounce, rebut, and disassociate ourselves completely from any and all created fictions, including being the implied “trustee” of the estate/s of “Mario Gonzales Veloso” nor “Mario Gonzalez Veloso” nor “Mario G Veloso” nor “Mario Veloso” nor “Veloso, Mario Gonzales” nor “Veloso, Mario Gonzalez” nor “Veloso. "This living man who was once born alive a healthy baby, did not and can not possibly consent to anything, and in this case, being the "trustee" of a legal name as imprinted on a piece of paper such as the Birth Certificate. This living man is full of the Spirit of Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, the Author of all goodness, righteousness and truth, and this living man lives his life as a form of his prayer to the Great I AM! No paper or document on this Earth can contain his essence."
