Re: Birth Registration

46. The registration of the ‘birth’ in the year known as “Nineteen-Seventy” of the physical living being, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, by the biological creators, the “mother” and “father”, with the then “Registry of Births Deaths and Marriages” of the “State” of “Republic of the Philippines”, otherwise known as (or DBA): "GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES" or "REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES", with corporate classification as published worldwide on "Dun & Bradstreet" and United States Securities and Exchange Commission respectively, was done without full disclosure by the living man or woman acting as the “Registrar of Births, Deaths, and Marriages” of the “State” of “Republic of the Philippines”, or by the then “Government” of the “State” of “Republic of the Philippines”, otherwise known as (or DBA) "GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES" or "REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES", to the biological creators, the “mother” and “father”, as to what the “Registrar” and/or “Government” intended to do with the details of:

a. when ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, was born; and

b. where ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, was born; and

c. the gender of ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, at the moment of being born; and

d. the names given to the living being shortly after being born;

"Nowhere in the said registration was the living baby's Name written. Instead, an all-capitals name with a surname was "devised" so as to give the impression that it is the living baby's. The living baby's mother, ignorant of the implications of the "glossa" in all-capitals which in the proper English bears no meaning at all, was simply "coerced" and not given the proper education by the entities that required such Birth Certificate. The healthy, alive and kicking baby was simply "registered as if dead"".

"This living man does not bear a name in all-capitals and with a surname, can not be, this is just truthfully impossible because I am full of life in Yahuah The Great I AM's 'soul and Spirit'."

If the “Registry of Births Deaths and Marriages” of the “Government” of the “State” of “Republic of the Philippines”, otherwise known as (or DBA): "GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES" or "REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES", with corporate classification as published worldwide on "Dun & Bradstreet" and United States Securities and Exchange Commission respectively, used and/or divulged the details of the living being ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso” being born, to a third party or parties and consequently a corporate, non-living, fictitious legal entity, the “person”, “Mario Gonzales Veloso” and/or “Mario Gonzalez Veloso” and/or “Mario G Veloso” and/or “Mario Veloso” and/or “Veloso, Mario Gonzales” and/or “Veloso, Mario Gonzalez” and/or “Veloso. Mario, G” and/or “Mario, G, Veloso”, et alia, and/or any such upper case, "CAPITAL-LETTERED" or lower case variation of such, in any way, including but not limited to punctuation, initials, prefixes, suffixes, titles, appendages, and the like was created by the “State” and/or one or more of those third parties via the creation of a “BIRTH CERTIFICATE”, a document/instrument that does not contain the full consent together with the full education of the commercial implications of the Birth Certificate or autographs/signatures of us ‘Amats-Lokem’ nor either of the biological creators, the “mother” and/or “father”, it has no legal nor lawful standing in any respect to, with or for the living man, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”;

"This living man who was once born alive as a healthy baby boy, did not and can not possibly consent to anything as a "just days old" living being, and in this case, consenting to a legal name being divulged for any purpose. The living baby, who is now this mature living man, is full of the Spirit of Yahuah, the Author of all goodness, righteousness and truth."

"This living man lives in the Light as enlightened by the Words of Yahusha Ha Mashiach and will never consent to anything hidden in the darkness. No paper or document on this Earth can contain this living man's essence and therefore stop him from worshipping Yahuah in the Spirit and in truth, hence, he can not and will not exchange his consent as a mature living man made in the image of Yahuah The Great I AM for anything much less as existing only on a piece of paper, like an Ens Legis name."

"This living man does not and will not subject himself to any foreign and/or unknown codes made by men, the origins of which is clearly an abomination in the eyes of Yahuah The Great I AM, exactly like the foreign gods of ancient Babylon."

"This living man serves only Yahuah, The Source of All Power, in Whom my Spirit witnesses as the source of all Truth. If this living man's essence is hindered and compromised in any way, his service to the Great I AM will surely be affected negatively, a clear scenario of "obstruction of service" as far as this living man's life as offered to The Almighty is concerned."

"This living man is already redeemed at a price no amount of Earthly wealth can equal, to Him and Him alone, my King and Saviour Yahusha Ha Mashiach, will I give my full trust, confidence, and allegiance. Any act/s of "commercialization" of the living essence of this living man will surely scratch the reputation of Yahuah's "priceless" ordination for His Sons and Daughters."

"......for once you were darkness, but now in Yahuah you are light. Walk as children of light, for the fruit of the light is found in all that is good and right and true."

Deuteronomy 11:26-28
"See, I Am (Yahuah) setting before you today a blessing and a curse — the blessing if you obey the commands of Yahuah your Aluah that I Am (Yahuah) giving you today; the curse if you disobey the commands of Yahuah your Aluah and turn from the Way that I command you today by following other gods, which you have not known."

"......you were bought at a price. Therefore honor Yahuah The Almighty with your bodies."

48. At common law an adult may assume any “surname” by using such name and becoming known by it, for the use of a “surname” is a discretion rather than a must as done by his parents who are both "very much unaware" during the time that this living man was born, and the “surname” is never formally bestowed on a “person” but acquired by the living man or woman by reputation, and, as such, the “surname” not being a "must" of the law but a matter of discretion which can be decided by the living man himself;

Genesis Chapter 5 - How Yahuah The Almighty Names His Children
In the Scriptures, the Words as breathed life and substance by The Creator, Yahuah is His Name, no one can find "surnames" when The Creator describes genealogies in laying out His children's Names. This is the Way of The Creator, Yahuah is His name, and this is the way that this living man declares in these Declarations as to how he will be named as the living man, ‘Mario-Gonzales’, of the clan “Veloso”; in this written form of the living man's name, my father's family name is written as a description of my genealogy and not as a "surname".

Matthew 7:21-23
“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Master, master,’ will enter the kingdom of Heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in Heaven. Many will say to me on that day, ‘Adonai, Adonai, did we not prophesy in your Name and in your Name drive out demons and in your Name perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’"

This living man's beloved and loving parents did not even know such facts regarding the use of surnames and the real purpose of the "BIRTH CERTIFICATE" up to the time of their deaths, and if the Name of Yahusha is clearly laid out in the Scriptures as a very important recognition and distinction, it is just wise for us, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, to declare and clear out the separation and distinction between the fictitious name as printed on the "BIRTH CERTIFICATE", “Mario Gonzales Veloso” and/or “Mario Gonzalez Veloso” and/or “Mario G Veloso” and/or “Mario Veloso” and/or “Veloso, Mario Gonzales” and/or “Veloso, Mario Gonzalez” and/or “Veloso. Mario, G” and/or “Mario, G, Veloso”, et alia, and/or any such upper case, “CAPITAL-LETTERED” and/or lower case variation of such a name with surname, in any way, including but not limited to punctuation, initials, prefixes, suffixes, titles, appendages, and the like, and the truthful name ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, such truthful name is without surname and exactly follows the commands and examples of The Creator, Yahuah is His Name;

   and

49. A “surname” on a “Birth Certificate” is a presumption as far as this living man is concerned, and we, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, do not consent to any such presumptions; and

50. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, renounce, rebut, and disassociate ourselves completely from being the said “BIRTH CERTIFICATE”, created without our consent by the “State” of “Republic of the Philippines”, otherwise known as (or DBA): "GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES" or "REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES", with corporate classification as published worldwide on "Dun & Bradstreet" and United States Securities and Exchange Commission respectively, and using the ‘name’ “Mario Gonzales Veloso” and/or “Mario Gonzalez Veloso” and/or “Mario G Veloso” and/or “Mario Veloso” and/or “Veloso, Mario Gonzales” and/or “Veloso, Mario Gonzalez” and/or “Veloso. Mario, G” and/or “Mario, G, Veloso”, et alia, and/or any such upper case, "CAPITAL-LETTERED" or lower case variation of such name with surname, in any way, including but not limited to punctuation, initials, prefixes, suffixes, titles, appendages, and the like which we believe are “GLOSSA”, a criminal corruption, of the living being’s proper name, that being ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”;

"This living man who was once born alive a healthy baby, did not and can not possibly consent to anything as a days old living being, and in this case, a legal name as imprinted on a piece of paper such as the Birth Certificate. The living baby, who is now this mature living man, is full of the Spirit of Yahuah, the Author of all goodness, righteousness and truth. This living man lives his life as a form of prayer to the Great I AM! No paper or document on this Earth can contain his essence as an heir of Noah, a Son of The Great I AM, a brother to Yahusha Ha Mashiach my Master and my Saviour."

"Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshippers will worship Yahuah in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshippers the Father seeks. The Aluah is Spirit, and his worshippers must worship Him in the Spirit and in truth."

We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, renounce, rebut, and disassociate ourselves completely from any and all created fictions, including being the implied “trustee” of the estate/s of “Mario Gonzales Veloso” nor “Mario Gonzalez Veloso” nor “Mario G Veloso” nor “Mario Veloso” nor “Veloso, Mario Gonzales” nor “Veloso, Mario Gonzalez” nor “Veloso. Mario, G” nor “Mario, G, Veloso”, et alia, nor any such upper case, “CAPITAL-LETTERED” nor lower case variation of such, in any way, including but not limited to punctuation, initials, prefixes, suffixes, titles, appendages, and the like created by and through the Cestui Que Vie Act of [1666];

"This living man who was once born alive a healthy baby, did not and can not possibly consent to anything, and in this case, being the "trustee" of a legal name as imprinted on a piece of paper such as the Birth Certificate. This living man is full of the Spirit of Yahuah, the Author of all goodness, righteousness and truth, and this living man lives his life as a form of his prayer to the Great I AM! No paper or document on this Earth can contain his essence."
