Re: Lost at Sea

53. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, are not, and have not ever been, “Lost at SEA” or “Lost at SEE”; and

"This living man is a living child of the land as placed on this Earth by my Father Who Owns Everything, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM. As a child of the land given the dominion over the seas, the air, and the ground, no laws from the Sea, such as any man-made laws or legal codes and Maritime Laws can claim superiority, jurisdiction, and dominion over this living man. Only the Laws of Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, as given to Noah in the everlasting covenant, have any jurisdiction over this living man."

54. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, 'Mario-Gonzales’, of the clan “Veloso”, are not ‘deceased’; and

"This living man is a living child of the land and surely not a dead entity. Any 'essence' of this living man bearing any trait/s of the dead is not applicable to this living being, hence, any 'inferior' characteristic/s as 'joindered' or 'imputed' on this living man by any governmental or commercial entities, which are all created by men, is now put under full notice through these declarations, and any 'values' generated by this living man in his whole lifetime as 'coerced' by such entities is to be 'zeroed out' so that any proceeds will be given to the poor and the needy, such as any poor living man/woman, any poor animal, and the ravaged and destroyed Earth and her environment. This is in total obedience to the commands of my King and Saviour, Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach, when He told the Rich Young Man in the Parable 'to give all Earthly wealth to the poor so as to follow Him afterwards' (Mark 10:17-31)."

55. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, renounce, rebut, and disassociate ourselves completely with any and all claims that we are “lost at SEA/SEE” and/or deceased;

"This living man who was once lost, is now found. Once dead, but now is alive! Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach have set me free from all the lies and snares, as commanded by my Father in Heaven, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name! This is the exact scene in the Parable of the Prodigal Son, told by Yahusha, Immanuel Himself when He was here on Earth, that a 'wayward' Son will return to his 'eagerly waiting' and 'loving' Father one day, and He is none other than my beloved Papa, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name!."

Luke 15:20-24
"And he (the prodigal son) arose and came to his father. But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and felt compassion, and ran and embraced him and kissed him. And the son said to him: 'Father, I have sinned against Heaven and before you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son. But the father said to his servants, 'Bring quickly the best robe, and put it on him, and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet. And bring the fattened calf and kill it, and let us eat and celebrate. For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found'. And they began to celebrate."

Mario, G” nor “Mario, G, Veloso” et alia, nor any such upper case, “CAPITAL-LETTERED” nor lower case variation of such name with surname, in any way, including but not limited to punctuation, initials, prefixes, suffixes, titles, appendages, and the like;

"This living man bears the name ‘Mario-Gonzales': of the clan “Veloso” and is very much alive and well in the Spirit of Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, the source of all Power. My Living Name bears no surname, exactly as how The Great I AM always names His people and His chosen. No other name on this Earth can replace such a powerful name, and if by any means some other name was imputed on this living man, such inferior name is not the basis for this living man's Spiritual and Political status. I come from the line of my Father Abraham, by faith in Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM's Words through Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach. My grandfather, Noah, is the recipient of Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM's everlasting covenant, and in it were the Laws of Heaven as dictated by Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, to be implemented on Earth for all eternity. This Law as given by my Father from Heaven is the only Law that this living man will abide with and obey whilst on this Earth. No other law on Earth, such as Maritime Laws and all laws and legal codes made by men, have any jurisdiction on this living man whose bearings carry the Spirit of Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, recognized and known in the Heavenly realms as ‘Amats-Lokem’."

Genesis 17:5-7
"No longer will you be called Abram; your name will be Abraham, for I have made you a father of many nations. I will make you very fruitful; I will make nations of you, and kings will come from you. I will establish my covenant as an everlasting covenant between me and you and your descendants after you for the generations to come, to be your Aluah and the Aluah of your descendants after you."

Genesis 9:8-11
"Then Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, said to Noah and his sons with him. I now establish my covenant with you and with your descendants after you and with every living creature that was with you - the birds, the livestock and all the wild animals, all those that came out of the ark with you - every living creature on Earth. I establish my covenant with you: never again will all life be destroyed by the waters of the flood; never again will there be a flood to destroy the Earth."

We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’, of the clan “Veloso”, do not consent nor agree to the association or definition of our being, our 'soul and Spirit', as a “person” or “natural person”, a fiction that is not a physical living man or woman and only exists in written form;

"This living man's essence can not be contained on any piece of paper. This living man is not a fiction and abides only in the light of truth as commanded by Yahuah The Almighty, I AM WHO I AM. This living man have a soul and Spirit, his source of life as breathed by Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM. This living man bears the Name with no surname as in the Ways of the Great I AM, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name!"

Roman 8:10-12
"If the Anointed One lives in you, even though the body is as good as dead because of the effects of sin, the Ruach Ha Qodesh is infusing you with life now that you are right with Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM. If the Spirit of the One who resurrected Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach from the dead lives inside of you, then you can be sure that He who raised Him will cast the light of life into your mortal bodies through the life-giving power of the Ruach Ha Qodesh living in you."

58. A fiction created by a fiction or by another living man or woman does not have standing upon the land because it cannot speak and certainly have no jurisdiction over the living;

"This living man is heir to the promise of redemption as proclaimed by the Almighty Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM through His Son, His Word, His Emissary, Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach. And as heir, this living man has become special in the eyes of the Father in Heaven, the Maker of all life and worlds. And on this Earth, the most that any living man or living animal or living beast can do is to be equal with this living man, and any act that will impose otherwise will surely catch Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM's anger because He has become this living man's Father, He is my Protector, He is my Life."

John 1:12
"But to all who receive Him, to those who believed in His Name (Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach), He gave the right to become children of the Almighty Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM."

Revelation 21:7
"Those who are victorious will inherit all these (Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM's rewards), and I will be their Aluah (Almighty) and they will be my children."

59. A fiction created by a fiction or by any other living man or woman cannot have jurisdiction or authority over a creator of fiction;

"This living man and his whole essence, this whole physical body and this Spirit living inside of my body, is owned by the Great I AM, the Source of All Power, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name! Only Him, and Him alone, has the right and jurisdiction to my living being, in part or in whole. I am Yahsharal's (Jacob's) descendant by faith, by open declaration, and by living deeds as ordained by Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM in the line of the patriarch Dan. I bear the promise of ownership by Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM Himself, no other lesser authority in Heaven and on this Earth can claim otherwise. This living man's allegiance rests only in the Almighty, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name, as carried by His Word, His Son, Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach."

Deuteronomy 32:9
"But The Almighty Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM's people were His property. Yahsharal (Jacob) were His own possession."

Matthew 3:16-17
"As soon as Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach was baptized, He went up out of the water. At that moment Heaven was opened, and He saw the Spirit of Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, descending like a dove and alighting on Him. And a voice from Heaven said, 'This is my Son, whom I love; with Him I am well pleased.'"

60. A fiction by itself cannot place an autograph, it cannot reproduce, it cannot breathe, it cannot speak on its own, therefore it cannot ever be equal or greater than the living born being; and

61. No living being can claim or presume superiority, authority, or dominion over another living being as they are equals in standing upon this created “Earth” in the ‘eyes’ of The Creator, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name; and

62. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, hereby claim copyright ownership of the fictitious "name" "Mario Gonzales Veloso" and/or "Mario Gonzalez Veloso" and/or "MARIO GONZALES VELOSO" and/or "MARIO GONZALEZ VELOSO", together with all variations of such "name" that is with a surname, as published and recorded on the URL: "https://www.yahuah-in.me/laws/pdf/declaration-amats-lokem.pdf", a website under the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) "yahuah-in.me" created by this living man for the whole wide world to read and know his declarations as well as to record such in a universal manner, as the servant of Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, through His promise of redemption in Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach; and

We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, hereby claim ownership via a “common law trademark” of the fictitious “name” “Mario Gonzales Veloso” and/or "Mario Gonzalez Veloso" and/or "MARIO GONZALES VELOSO" and/or "MARIO GONZALEZ VELOSO", together with all variations of such "name" that is with a surname; and

64. Any digital or hard-copy recording and/or publishing and/or use, by any media, of the fictitious “name” “Mario Gonzales Veloso” or “Mario Gonzalez Veloso” or “Mario G Veloso” or “Mario Veloso” or “Veloso, Mario Gonzales” or “Veloso, Mario Gonzalez” or “Veloso.
