Any Earthly possessions of this living man is for his good use so that the Father in Heaven will be magnified and glorified to the fullest. Anybody on this Earth handling any Earhtly wealth of this living man that will be found guilty of usurping, hindering, stealing, shackling, buying and selling such freedom, by any means whatsoever, from the time this living man was born alive and kicking as a healthy baby boy until this very present and unto all of eternity, is already guilty of a higher sin in the eyes of the Ultimate Judge, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM."

"This living man's works and life on this Earth is eagerly anticipated in Heaven, for my Father is already anxious as He waited for my return. Anyone on this Earth, be they seen or unseen, is now put on Notice to be able for this living man to do his good works in haste, otherwise, Heavenly Powers are all ready now to fetch the Sons and Daughters of Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, if indeed their numbers as counted in the Heavenly Realms is found 'insufficient' due to hindrances caused by Earthly powers, all bearing 'commercial' price tags."

Any part of this living man's essence, his 'Private Property', such as his estate and/or his 'credits' as derived from any Trust for the benefit of the 'nationals', is for the good and Heavenly use of this living man whilst on Earth to glorify Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM. Such property is not to be commercialized without the knowledge and approval of this living man and is not for the commercial use of any entity as registered to be a corporation engaged in buying and selling."

83. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, have/has the unalienable right to free and unrestricted travel on the land of Ophir; and

84. Unless this ‘Statement and Declaration of Truth’/”Affidavit” is successfully challenged with a verified point-for-point response sworn under full commercial liability, with supporting evidence attached, in the form of an “affidavit”, within twenty-eight [28] days of the date of service, it is agreed that any and all unlawful stops, engagements and/or detentions, and/or any attempts directed towards this living man, to coerce business or contract by any member/“Officer” of any entity, under the umbrella of and/or in reference to and/or in association with, the aforementioned government "Republic of the Philippines" doing business as (DBA) "GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES" and/or "REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES", together with any business entity that derives its license and/or registration from the same corporate government, will incur fees (Annexure "A") to remedy the unlawful actions; starting with a non-negotiable engagement fee of Nine-Thousand-Nine-Hundred-Ninety-Nine and Ninety-Nine cents United States Dollars ($9,999.99 USD) per employee/member/shareholder/”officer” of the aforementioned corporations who is a party to, and complicit in, the unlawful action and attempt to coerce this living man into contract; and

85. Depending on the unlawful actions undertaken by the members, employees, shareholders and “officers” of the aforementioned corporations present during the unlawful actions, additional remedy fees may/will be incurred, as listed in the attached schedule (Annexure “A”), at the discretion of the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”; and

86. Failure by any members/employees/shareholders/“officers” of the aforementioned government "Republic of the Philippines", which turned out to be a corporation doing business as (DBA), namely; "REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES" and "GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES" to carry out, and/or abide by, this Notice of Cease and Desist, in any way other than with full compliance of this Notice will create a permanent and irrevocable Estoppel by Acquiescence, forevermore barring any employee/member/shareholder/”officer” of the following corporations, namely; "REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES" and "GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES" in their personal, commercial and/or private capacity, or any and all of their agents, or principals, or any and all entity/s representing its subordinate departments and offices, or any entity representing any establishment and/or office that derives its mandate from such "REPUBLICS", or any entity representing any commercial and/or financial establishment and/or office that acquires its license/registration to operate from such corporations with the name "PHILIPPINES" written in all-capitals as aforementioned, from bringing any and all claims, legal actions, orders, demands, lawsuits, charges, levies, penalties, damages, interests, liens or expenses, whatsoever, against the ‘soul and Spirit’, ‘Amats-Lokem’, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso; and
