We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, unless we give our specific personal, written, conscious, fully aware and fully informed consent, without coercion, to each individual act as a result of the full disclosure of every possible effect or outcome of such use, with nothing hidden, no deception employed, autographed by us in wet ink, and can be produced on demand, do not consent to the logging, recording, transmission or storage of any information about us, other than that which is disclosed in this ‘Statement and Declaration of Truth’/”Affidavit”, including, but not limited to, private details, photographic images, fingerprints, voiceprints, voice recordings, DNA samples, other biometric information, demographic information, health, financial, social and behavioural data; and

87. To avoid potential breaches of copyright, we, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, create an amnesty and require all such private and/or copyrighted information, together with all records as "joindered" to the living man using the "person" on the Birth Certificate as named "MARIO GONZALES VELOSO" and/or "MARIO GONZALEZ VELOSO" together with all the variations of such names with a surname, and carrying commercial values related to the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, currently held by any and all aforementioned “Governments”, corporations, non-living entities and/or all members/employees/shareholders/“officers” and agents of such and/or “persons”, and/or any entity that derives its license and/or registration from such "Governments", to be disclosed to us within twenty-eight [28] days of service of this ‘Statement and Declaration of Truth’/”Affidavit”, so that we, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, can decide whether to grant consent to its retention, or require immediate deletion of each item of data;

"This living man's house both on the Earthly and Heavenly realms is now arranged in its proper order, ready to receive Yahusha Ha Mashiach, my King and Saviour, anytime as expected. This living man's allegiance to the Almighty Yahuah is now put into full action in order that this life of mine be given back to my I AM, Yahuah is His Name, to fulfill His command to this living man to come out of Babylon (commercial System) in order that all this living man's accounts, starting on this Earth and towards Heaven, will be zeroed out and be made clean. As these accounts are now bound by this living man's open declarations on Earth, and by faith in Yahuah's promise in Heaven, this will serve as a Notice by The Creator Himself to all commercial Systems usurping this living man's life to balance and zero out any dead accounts as named on any books using the registered name on his Birth Certificate, "Mario Gonzales Veloso" and/or "Mario Gonzalez Veloso", together with all the variations of such legal name with a surname, in all of the commercial Systems of this Earth."

"This living man does not belong to any dead System, for he is alive and well in the flesh and full of the Ruach Ha Qodesh in the Spirit. This living man and his essence is written in the Book of Life as gifted by The Almighty Yahuah through His Son, my Saviour, Yahusha Ha Mashiach. No books among the dead is allowed to list any name as proclaimed by this living man, together with any legal name (a person) as imputed on this living man by any "GOVERNMENT", "REPUBLIC", and/or commercial entity."

Should, once the amnesty period of twenty-eight [28] days pass, copyrighted material be discovered with any of the aforementioned “GOVERNMENTS”, "REPUBLICS", corporations, non-living entities and/or all members/employees/shareholders/“officers” and agents of such, or any “persons” and/or living beings, and/or any entity that derives its license and/or registration from such legal entities, it shall be agreed to be a breach of copyright and subject, without the right to challenge, to remedy as defined in the “Schedule of Fees for Remedy” (Annexure “D”); and
