Cleaning Up The Temple of I AM WHO I AM
"This living man does not abide in presumptions and rejects it in all its forms, methodologies, and legal strategies. This living man, by the whole truth in his faith in The Almighty Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, through His Son Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach, and through the Wisdom of The Ruach Ha Qodesh, my dear and beloved Heavenly Mother guiding me in this path of life, is now cleaning up his own house for the glory of The Father in Heaven in a way that is active and in all truth, not by mere presumptions, not by empty words, and not through a good speech."

I AM WHO I AM's Power Is Absolute and Everlasting
"This living man, as the bearer of Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach's Light unto this dark world, is not bound by any 'time constraints' as is the favorite method of escape of any usurper and criminal. Fraud in itself, at any stage of any Contract, and without a time limit, can vitiate and nullify everything on such. This ALL-CAPS name being 'not this living man' and most certainly 'not the innocent living baby that was born' is an unquestionable fraud with a corresponding 'receipt' as evidenced in the Birth Certificate. The Great Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM and His commandments, is not bound by any time constraints and this living man as the bearer of His Words, His Justice, His Essence, and as a Witness himself in the Glory and Majesty of I AM WHO I AM, will also declare the 'eternal' mission to 'correct all wrongdoings' while living on this Earth. This 'dark scheme' of enslavement using the Birth Certificate is now put on Notice so that all wrongs done unto this living man be forgiven in order for all commercial ledgers be made clean. All these be bound on Earth, as it is in Heaven, for the Glory of Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM."

My Heavenly Family
"This living man is co-heir with his dear brother and Saviour Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach, and a Heavenly member of The Elohim's family, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM my Father, the Ruach Ha Qodesh in me is my beloved Mother, and Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach the firstborn Son of this living man's Yahsharal lineage, from the tribe of Dan. Let no 'corporate' entity on this Earth be found with a 'ledger' of record signifying that the essence of this living man had been 'bought and sold' in the Babylonian markets, hence, in the Power of the Words and the Will of Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, all 'corporate' entities is now instructed and as a gesture of this living man's forgiveness to all who had done trespasses on him and his life's essence, to surrender all 'commercial values' of any ledgers as 'joindered' to this living man using his ALL-CAPS Birth Certificate name. This living man is not from/of this world of the dead but of the living (Luke 24:5-7). Any 'debits' as yoked to the ALL-CAPS name ("MARIO GONZALES VELOSO"), a 'dead' entity's name, is now instructed to be 'zeroed out' so that the 'credits' on the opposite side of the said ledger be submitted to this living man (‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”) as the Beneficiary of all Trusts and Sovereign Funds as established on this Earth for the benefit of all the living Sons and Daughters of Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, The Creator of Everything."

To Fulfill the Commands of I AM WHO I AM
"This living man is very much alive in the Spirit of Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, he is not dead but he is guided carefully and lovingly by the Ruach Ha Qodesh, my Heavenly Mother, through his faith in the Words and the Works of Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach. This living man is fulfilling the commands of Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, through His Son, My King, Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach, to shun evil (James 4:7) and to give all riches to the poor and the needy (Matthew 19:16-22) in order that the Father in Heaven, I AM WHO I AM, be glorified and be magnified whilst this living man is on Earth. These acts of humility and good works for the glory of the Father in Heaven can only be done by living men and living women, not by the dead."

A National and Native and Not a Citizen
"This living man, with a Living Spirit (‘Amats-Lokem’ from the Yahsharal tribe of “Dan”), as in-dwelt by the Ruach Ha Qodesh, is 'superior' to any man-made legal codes and entities. In this ancient land of Ophir, known today as the 'Philippines', this living man is 'a native' and is 'native born' and a 'national', he is not a citizen of this land but he is one of 'We The People', the very Power that created the Constitution of this land known as 'Philippines' in the present. The nationals of this land, the collective 'We The People', are the ones who 'created' the Constitution as they 'implored' the blessings of the Creator, I AM WHO I AM. Once the said Constitution existed and have its own 'limited' power as given by the nationals/natives, collectively known as 'We The People', the same Constitution 'created' its own 'subjects' which it termed as its 'citizens'. Let it be very clear in this Declaration that this living man, as a national and a native of this land is 'superior' to the Constitution that they created, and in the same manner, the Constitution is 'superior' to the 'citizens' which it created."

Heavenly Wisdom and Understanding to Get Out of Babylon's Trap
"This living man is not ignorant anymore as guided by the Wisdom of the Ruach Ha Qodesh, my dear Mother as sent by Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM. All these 'legal manipulations' as introduced by Babylon since the ancient Roman times is now nullified since the very beginning by this living man, and any action/s by this living man after this Declaration whilst on Earth using his ALL-CAPS Ens Legis name is only for the reason of 'zeroing out all his accounts' or 'balance out any commercial ledgers and books of records' so that whatever credits as accumulated can be used for the benefit of the poor peoples, poor animals, and the ravaged Earth. This living man is not taking chances as these 'ledgers', in his own judgment and wisdom, are just 'too sinister', 'too much hidden', and 'too globally encompassing' a scheme just to be considered as only for this Earthly life. This type of 'enslavement' is but a 'soul trap' and will be a tool by the powers that be of this world, by they seen or unseen, to claim anybody into their folds, the folds of the 'dead underworld' where names are written in ALL-CAPS, like the letters etched in the tombstones of the already departed peoples of this Earth."

The ALL-CAPS Name
"Let no entity on this Earth presume that this living man is the ALL-CAPS name on his Birth Certificate because he had used such name all through his life. Let it be declared that since the very beginning of this living man's life, he is all but ignorant in the past, of the implications and the real purpose/s of the Birth Certificate, the ALL-CAPS name, and the Date of Birth or Date Registered or Date Received at the Registrar's Office. The entities and world powers together with all their minions and workers, from the ancient Roman and Babylonian times until now, whether they are aware of this 'scheme' or not, and whoever they may be, had clearly made sure that all peoples on this Earth can not even know the degree of 'enslavement' that a Birth Certificate will bring to a man or a woman in the guise of 'business' and any 'commercial' activities as carried out by 'governmental' and 'legal' entities which are all 'corporations' as registered."

Date of Birth and Date Born
"Let no entity on this Earth presume that this living man has a 'Date of Birth' or 'birthday' as it is commonly termed, because only 'documents', or 'ships', or 'corporations', or any man-made entities existing on 'legal papers', like a 'Birth Certificate', can be 'birthed (berthed)', or 'docked', or 'registered'. This living man was 'born' and has a 'Date Born' or 'bornday', not 'Date of Birth' or 'birthday'. It is further made clear in this Declaration that the ALL-CAPS name in my Birth Certificate is the 'name' that was indicated as having a 'Date of Birth' (or 'Date Received at the Regustrar's Office') on September 29, 1970, this here is the truthful 'birthday' not of this living man but of the ALL-CAPS name on his Birth Certificate, an Ens Legis, or a 'creature of the law (man-made)', a 'person'. This living man was 'born' on September 20, 1970 and this date is not the 'birthday' or 'Date of Birth' of this living man, this is the very day in history that Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, gave and breathed life unto the nostrils of the living baby who is this mature living man writing these Words now, full of the Spirit of the Great I AM, I AM WHO I AM. No 'person' or 'Ens Legis' can be born, it can only be 'birthed (berthed)'. Only a living man can be 'born' as only The Giver of Life can give His Spirit and His Gifts of life eternal to His children, not any 'legal codes', and certainly not from any pen of any men making for themselves 'laws', 'creatures', and 'entities' that exists only on the paper world (or 'electronic matrix and systems') as made by men."

To Control The Ens Legis That Was Coerced
"This living man declares in all truth that the ALL-CAPS name, an Ens Legis, a 'person', a 'sole proprietorship', an 'estate', a 'transmitting utility', all 'commercial' in its existence as 'imputed' on the living baby that was born, is 'not owned' by this living man as the Beneficiary and General Executor. Such sinister a name needs to go back to where and whom it was first created in the dark corners of the underworld. This living man will zero out these ledgers using the Heavenly powers in this declaration. This living man 'is taking control' of such 'ceature of the law of men' and making sure that it will not be 'usurped' and 'joindered' again to the detriment of the living as represented in this case by this living man giving life, truth, and honor to these words. Let all the detriments bounce back to the dark powers that started this Birth Certificate practice of enslaving the whole world using just documents and papers to 'coerce' my dear parents, and any parent worldwide for this matter, so that their days old living babies be 'listed' as one with Babylon even if such innocent creation of Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, have no means of even knowing what really is going to happen to him/her in the near future. This living man had nothing to do in the 'planning and existence' of this ALL-CAPS name, but as the Beneficiary and General Executor, this Declaration will 'control' and zero out the ledgers as 'joindered' by Babylon unto his essence, the recorded 'debits' be given back to the 'usurpers' so that they will answer to all of their wrongdoings to Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, The Ultimate Judge. The resulting 'credits', as when all books of 'commercial' records be balanced, be submitted without any delays to this living man as these are clearly described by Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach, as my 'Talents', for this living man wishes to be the one who 'properly' will dispose and use all of it to give happiness to his Master (Matthew 25:14-30)."

The Commercial Money System
"Let no entity on this Earth presume that this living man is depending on the 'commercial' money System for his life's essence as it is just merely used by this living man because there is no other form of payment or bargaining introduced. This exactly mirrors what Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach did when He instructed Peter to fish for a silver coin to pay the taxes (Matthew 17:24-27). Immanuel is not bound by the powers of the money System, and yet, He 'opted' to pay because of a higher purpose, not because He is 'one with the System', but because there is no other alternative of payment to use during that time, and also, because the Father in Heaven 'have already provided in advance' even before Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach walked on this Earth. This living man while still on this Earth is doing exactly the very examples of my King and Saviour Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach.

To All Trustees of Trust Funds for Nationals
"Let all 'governmental' and 'commercial' entities of this Earth, 'Trustees' of all Trust Funds of the Heavenly Wealth as Willed on this Earth by Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, for the benefit of His children, the remnants of Yahsharal in these last days, be informed that this living man has to eat and be sustained daily as well so that 'all good works' that he will offer to His Heavenly Father while living on Earth be fufilled to the fullest, to be 'clothed', to be 'sheltered', to 'do good works'. These are not 'wants' by this living man, these are 'needs' as the Creator Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, made and designed this living man to be while on this world, hence, all Earthly Trustees as allowed by Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, on this Earth, 'for the benefit' of this living man (the Beneficiary) when he was born on this Earth as a healthy baby boy, is now put on Notice so that such resources be released to this living man in a timely manner in order for this living man to fulfill his role as a servant and a son of Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM. This living man needs such resources in order to glorify his Father in Heaven, The Creator, The Giver of Wealth, The Giver of Laws, The Ultimate and Final Judge, His Name is Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM!"

The Citizen as a Transmitting Utility
"This living man have understood it very clearly that the Constitution as a 'creature of the law of men' needs to have a 'person' inside its powers that will represent each and every living man and living woman that are its creators. The 'citizen' as created fulfills this role, one to one, as evidenced in the Birth Certificate as named but in ALL-CAPS, meaning, the 'dead' entity representing the living being from the world of the living in the 'mirror' world of the dead, exactly like a 'transmitting utility'. The said world of the dead is governed by The Laws of the Sea (Maritime Laws) where 'corporate' entities and 'commercial' transactions are executed. This dead world have a machinery that uses 'MONEY' for its fuel, an evil Spirit called 'Mammon' as per the Scriptures. The 'crafters' of these 'maritime schemes' usurped such powers and crossed the line of I AM WHO I AM's covenant by 'joindering' the living men and living women from the world of the living to their 'transmitting utilities', their given ALL-CAPS names from the world of the dead. In doing so, the ancient evil empire of Babylon had once again 'enslaved' humanity by reversing the 'mirror', the 'dead' had become the 'living' as all living men and living women toiled and worked all their lives under an ALL-CAPS name that is not even the exact representation of the living. Whether these living beings knew this fact or not is immaterial for Babylon, hence, this Declaration makes it very clear to all evil powers, whether ancient or current, that this living man is very much aware of such an evil scheme and this presumption is now nullified from the very beginning. By virtue of the grave sin of 'fraud' which carries no time limits, this living man directs all corporate 'commercial' and 'governmental' entities to stop this practice of 'joindering' his living essence and zero out (make clean) the books of 'commercial' accounting records of the 'citizen' and 'transmitting utility' as 'imputed' by the Babylonian System unto this living man. This living man wishes for all the 'debits' of his Ens Legis name to be zeroed out on all the ledgers and any amount resulting as 'credits' be surrendered immediately and without any delay for the benefit of this living man (the Beneficiary and General Executor). This living man belongs to the world of the living, he is not from the world of the dead and is in no possible way giving his consent to any 'corporate' or 'commercial' entities to buy and sell his essence using his ALL-CAPS name as a 'transmitting utility', as a 'citizen'."

The Placenta is The Citizen with a Date of Birth (Registered)
"This living man had understood further into his own self-study by the guidance of my dear Spiritual Mother, the Ruach Ha Qodesh, that when the living baby was born, all parts of his body were 'intact' and 'alive and kicking'. But in accordance with proper health practices, the placenta and the umbilical cord had to be 'separated' from the living baby's body as it is considered 'non-essential' to life. Once these 'living' parts of the baby's body is separated, after some time it had surely died and cease to be living. It is this 'dead' body part of the whole living body, now separated, that was given the ALL-CAPS name on the Birth Certificate, the 'citizen' and the 'person', and all documents and evidence of tissue samples were submitted to higher authorities that initiated all these 'occult' practices, clearly and without a shadow of any doubt, the 'undertakers' representing the world of the dead. All of these 'hidden' practices were done in secret and unbeknownst to the innocent living baby and his mature parents. Said 'registration', even with all the remedies associated with it once the living baby reaches age of majority, is not being taught in all levels of public educational systems as 'governed' by the corporate entity doing business as (or DBA) "REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES" as registered at US SEC or "GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES" as registered on Dun & Bradstreet. All of these circumstances clearly indicated that the Birth Certificate with its ALL-CAPS name was designed to 'enslave' and not to 'empower'. This is just self-explanatory as far as this living man's Heavenly wisdom is concerned, because all of its workers and 'undertakers' are doing their legal works for the dead as evidenced on all their produced documents, with plausible deniability and utmost denial as their escape mechanisms. These understandings regarding the creation of the Birth Certificate and its real purpose/s are now 'bound' in Heaven in defense of this living man for the complete and utmost fulfillment of the commands as issued by The Creator, I AM WHO I AM, through His Son, His Word, Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach, 'to announce openly and in all truths all the lies that were done in secret' (Matthew 10:26-28)."

Universal Recording and Publishing Into The Open
"This living man is publishing this Truth Declaration worldwide through his own website ('https://yahuah-in.me') as configured and established using his own wisdom, expertise, and living efforts, in order for his intentions to be recorded and be known freely worldwide and without any hindrances, and being 'superior' to all 'legal' and man-made entities, he does not need any permission or instructions from any 'corporate' entity as to what he can and can not do as far as this Declaration is concerned. This is to announce my Heavenly-inspired intentions on this Earth, recorded and published in this website and platform that this living man setup, all accessible, viewable, and readable in a universal manner, like the internet. This Declaration is law in itself as far as this living man is concerned, a superior Law as instructed by Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, to proclaim His Glory and the Words of His Son Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach, into the open without anything hidden so that all lies and deceptions be exposed (Luke 8:17). As I bind these truths on Earth, let Heaven act in accordance to the promises of my Father, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, that all my deeds be bound in Heaven as well (Matthew 18:18)."

To Glorify I AM WHO I AM and Not To Enrich
"This living man makes it very clear in this Declaration, that any 'monetary' credits/values resulting in the 'zeroing out' of his Ens Legis' ledgers is to be used for the greater good works of the living man to glorify his Father in Heaven. Only the 'needs' will be taken by the living man if indeed such Earthly wealth had become enormous as far as 'commercial' figures dictate. This living man does not want to enrich himself from the 'dirty vaults' of Babylon and simply just obeying the Words of his Master, his King Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach, to give all 'worldly riches' to the poor and the needy. All of these riches is not for the vain purposes of this world, for it is the Almighty Creator's, and no one should be found 'usurping' such wealth that carries great and superior purposes as Willed by The Father for His children on this Earth. If any 'Trustee/s' on this Earth with the 'power and authority' to release such wealth to all 'nationals and natives' of this ancient land of 'Ophir', be found to 'hinder', or 'steal', or 'usurp', or even 'delay', the release of such 'Trust Funds', this Declaration already makes it a truth, without any presumptions, that this living man is already 'cleared' in the Heavenly records as stated in this Declaration, that he had done what he was commanded by I AM WHO I AM, that in his 'faith and courage' to shun the evils of Babylon, to go out of its folds even for a time already, as commanded by Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, The Giver of the Highest Laws, that he had 'recorded' and 'published' this Declaration into the open, for all the world to see and hear. The Ultimate Judge, I AM WHO I AM, can see through all the lies and deceits, so let this living man be found truthful in the life that he lived and in these Declarations, and may no 'entity', no one for this matter, be found 'usurping' and 'keeping for themselves' any Earthly wealth that bears the Highest Purpose as Willed by I AM WHO I AM Himself, for the benefit of all His children Yahsharal."

Everlasting Laws as Protection from The Heavenly Realms
"This living man is 'protected as Willed by Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM', as governed by the 'everlasting Laws' given to Noah, my ancestor by blood, and the 'everlasting Laws' given to Abraham, my Father by this faith in Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach. This living man is governed by the 'everlasting Laws' as given to Adam by Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, and in it were the specific instructions to 'be superior' over the land, over the air, and over the water, this is "LAW" (Land, Air, Water) in itself, the highest Law known to man on this Earth, as proclaimed by I AM WHO I AM, and no other man-made laws can even surpass such Power as proclaimed by The Great Elohim, I AM WHO I AM, for the benefit of all living men and living women as sons and daughters of Adam, Noah, Abraham, and all the patriarchs as established by my Heavenly Father through His Everlasting Will as given from Heaven to be obeyed on this Earth in order that all His children will benefit for all eternity and not bound by any time, for such covenants with the Yahsharal's patriarchs are 'everlasting'."

The Creator Over His Creations Always
"This is to declare in an all-encompassing Power and Authority, without any presumptions, just the truth and nothing but all truths, in the Name of Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach, my King and my Saviour, that no man-made 'authority' or man-made 'entity' on this Earth and all other Earth's unseen has the power and jurisdiction over this living man, no matter the organizational size and structure. This is just an impossibility, because no matter how sharp the blades will become as made by the craftsman, it always is dependent and 'inferior' to the very hands that made it, just waiting for its master to put it into good use. All things and life on this Earth and beyond other Earths is made possible by The Creator, it is just an impossibility for His created and His creations to have 'power over Him'. This very same Heavenly wisdom and principle is now put into good use by this living man, because it is just impossible for any man-made creations to become the 'masters' of men who created it in the first place. This presumption of 'superiority of man-made laws' over living men and living women is now nullified by this living man from the very beginning and 'birth' of these man-made laws existing only on paper and electronic (computerized) systems which are all made by men."

Judgment for Satan and His Minions
"The Satan of the Scriptures and all the minions and slaves on Earth working for the advancement of this evil entity's mandate to craft all works on this Earth in order to lead all living men and living women astray and into the pit (towards Hell), is already doomed to fail and be cast out into the Lake of Fire. This is your Final Notice, in this Heavenly-given Power, this Living Spirit, ‘Amats-Lokem’, through this living man giving life and wisdom to these written Words of Declaration, is and always will be 'superior' to any dark force, for I am Yahuah's Son and a bearer of His Full Light that consumes all darkness, and Heaven is my final destination because my Father Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, is now waiting at the porch of His Palace looking out in eager anticipation for His children's arrival."

Do Not Delay for I AM WHO I AM Awaits All His Returning Children
"No 'government' as crafted by men no matter the organizational size, whether local or international, no 'courts', no 'weapons', no 'legal codes', no 'schemes and procedures', all made by men on this Earth and clearly taught by unseen, hiding, and evil entities since ancient Babylonian times, can have dominion and jurisdiction over this living man, for Heaven awaits all of Yahsharal, and as promised by Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, 'Vengeance is Mine says the Aluah' (Romans 12:18-20), so how can any Earthly powers and man-made, which includes unseen evil entities whether they 'have a name' or is 'unnamed', can have power over him/her as Sons and Daughters of I AM WHO I AM? It is just an impossibility for no one is above Yahuah The Lawgiver, I AM WHO I AM, my Father who awaits eagerly for my return in Heaven!"

"The Word became flesh (Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach) and made His dwelling among us. We have seen His glory (active Witness, not presumptive), the glory of the One and Only Son, Who came from the The Almighty Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, full of grace and truth. "

90. Pursuant to [Canon 3228], a “Roman Court” does not operate according to any true rule of law, but by presumptions of law; and

We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, openly rebut, rebuke and reject, any claim that any and all “Private Bar Guild” members are legitimate public servants and therefore “trustees” under public oath and we demand that any and all members of the “Private Bar Guild”, who have all sworn a solemn secret absolute oath to their “Guild”, who claim to act in any “matter” as a public agent of the aforementioned “GOVERNMENT/REPUBLIC”, or “public official” by making additional oaths of public office that openly and deliberately contradict their private “superior” oaths to their own “Guild”, do publicly rebut, rebuke and reject their oath to the “Private Bar Guild”, and take a public oath to The Almighty, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name, before acting as “trustee” in this matter; and

We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, openly rebut, rebuke and reject, any “Presumption of Public Oath”, that all members of the “Private Bar Guild” acting in the capacity of “public officials” claim to have sworn a solemn public oath to The Almighty, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name, and remain bound by that oath and therefore bound to serve honestly, with impartiality and fairly as dictated by their oath; and
