Re: Presumptions of Law

"This living man does not abide in presumptions and rejects it in all its forms, methodologies, and legal strategies. 89. Pursuant to [Canon 3228], a “Roman Court” does not operate according to any true rule of law, but by presumptions of law; and

90. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, 'Mario-Gonzales’, of the clan “Veloso", unless we give our specific personal, written, conscious, fully aware and fully informed consent, without coercion, to each individual act as a result of the full disclosure of every possible effect or outcome of such use, with nothing hidden, no deception employed, autographed by us in wet ink, and can be produced on demand, renounce, rebut, disassociate and reject, in their entirety, any and all “Presumptions of Law”; and

We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, demand all “matters” to be on and for the “Public Record”, the kind of "public" that is not controlled by any man-made legal codes and is universal in nature and free of any localised manipulations, and rebut, rebuke and reject any claim that any and all “matters” is/are a “Private Bar Guild” business matter; and

92. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, openly rebut, rebuke and reject, any claim that any and all “Private Bar Guild” members are legitimate public servants and therefore “trustees” under public oath and we demand that any and all members of the “Private Bar Guild”, who have all sworn a solemn secret absolute oath to their “Guild”, who claim to act in any “matter” as a public agent of the aforementioned “GOVERNMENT/REPUBLIC”, or “public official” by making additional oaths of public office that openly and deliberately contradict their private “superior” oaths to their own “Guild”, do publicly rebut, rebuke and reject their oath to the “Private Bar Guild”, and take a public oath to The Almighty, Yahuah is His Name, before acting as “trustee” in this matter; and

93. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, openly rebut, rebuke and reject, any “Presumption of Public Oath”, that all members of the “Private Bar Guild” acting in the capacity of “public officials” claim to have sworn a solemn public oath to The Almighty, Yahuah is His Name, and remain bound by that oath and therefore bound to serve honestly, with impartiality and fairly as dictated by their oath; and

94. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, challenge and demand that any and all members of the “Private Bar Guild” acting in the capacity of “public officials” who claim to have sworn a solemn public oath to Yahuah The Almighty must publicly rebut, rebuke and reject their oath to the “Private Bar Guild”, and publicly restate that oath to Yahuah The Almighty, or must recuse themselves as having a conflict of interest and therefore cannot possibly stand under a public oath; and

95. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, rebut, rebuke and reject any and all “Presumptions of Immunity” that any and all members of the “Private Bar Guild”, acting as “public officials” and/or public “trustees”, in the capacity of “judges”, “prosecutors”, “registrars”, “clerks of courts”, and “magistrates” who claim to have sworn a solemn public oath in good faith, are immune from personal claims of injury, liability and remedy; and

96. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, challenge the “Presumption of Immunity” that any and all “judges”, “prosecutors”, “registrars”, “clerks of courts”, and “magistrates” claiming to act as public “trustees” in any “matter” are immune from any personal accountability for their actions, and demand that, irrespective of whether they publicly rebut, rebuke and reject their oath to the “Private Bar Guild” and publicly restate that oath to The Almighty, Yahuah is His Name, that they are liable to personal claims of injury, liability and remedy; and

97. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, rebut, rebuke and reject the “Presumption of Summons”; and

98. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, are not a dead entity that is to be “summonsed” to life via magic or spells; and

99. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’, of the clan “Veloso”, unless we give our specific personal, written, conscious, fully aware and fully informed consent, without coercion, to each individual act as a result of the full disclosure of every possible effect or outcome of such use, with nothing hidden, no deception employed, autographed by us in wet ink, and can be produced on demand, do not accept the offer or presumption of any position (defendant, juror, witness) and/or jurisdiction of the court and there is to be no “Presumption of Guilt”; and

100. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, rebut, rebuke and reject any and all “Presumptions of Custody”; and

101. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, rebut any and all “Presumptions of Warrants”, as ‘Amats-Lokem’, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, are not a dead legal fiction, non-“human” “PERSON”, nor a “thing”, nor a property, and must not and can not be kept in custody by “Custodians” for the main reason that “Custodians” are only lawfully able to hold “custody” of property and “things”, not flesh and blood 'soul and Spirit'-possessing beings; and

104. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, are “Sui Juris”, and a general guardian and general executor of the estates “Mario Gonzales Veloso” and/or “Mario Gonzalez Veloso” and/or “Mario G Veloso” and/or “Mario Veloso” and/or “Veloso, Mario Gonzales” and/or “Veloso, Mario Gonzalez” and/or “Veloso. Mario, G” and/or “Mario, G, Veloso”, et alia, and/or any such upper case, "CAPITAL-LETTERED" or lower case variation of such, in any way, including but not limited to punctuation, initials, prefixes, suffixes, titles, appendages, and the like, in any and all matters before any and all “courts” in the “Philippines”, such "courts" as being part of the aforementioned corporate entity "GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES" and/or "REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES"; and

We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, are not a pauper, and therefore are not obliged nor compelled to obey any rules of the “Clerk of Guardians” (clerk of “courts”) of any and all “courts” in the “Philippines”, such "courts" as being part of the aforementioned corporate entity "GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES" and/or "REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES"; and

106. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, are not a lunatic and therefore are not obliged nor compelled to obey any rules of the “Clerk of Guardians” (clerk of “courts”) of any and all “courts” in the “Philippines”, such "courts" as being part of the aforementioned corporate entity "GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES" and/or "REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES"; and

107. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, rebut, rebuke and reject any and all “Presumptions of the Court of Trustees”; and

108. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, do not accept the presumption of any member of the “Private Bar Guild” that we, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, are a pauper, a lunatic and/or that we, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, are in any way obliged or compelled to obey any rules of the “Clerk of Guardians” (clerk of “courts”) of any and all “courts” in the “Philippines”, such "courts" as being part of the aforementioned corporate entity "GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES" and/or "REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES", and/or are assuming the office of “trustee” as a “public servant” and “government employee” just by attending a “Roman Court”, as such “Courts” are always for “public trustees” by the rules of the “Guild” and the “Roman System”; and

We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, are not a pauper, not a lunatic and not obliged nor compelled to obey any rules of the “Clerk of Guardians” (clerk of “courts”) of any and all “courts” in the “Philippines”, "and at all times we, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, are merely visiting any and all “courts” by “invitation”, if this living man finds it important and beneficial, to clear up the “matter”, such "courts" as being part of the aforementioned corporate entity "GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES" and/or "REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES"; and

110. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, are not a government employee or “public trustee” in any instance; and

We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, rebut, rebuke and reject any and all “Presumptions of Government” acting in two roles as Executor and Beneficiary, such "government" in the case of this living man, as being the aforementioned corporate entity doing business as (DBA) "GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES" and/or "REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES"; and

112. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, rebut, rebuke and reject that the “Private Bar Guild” has appointed the judge/magistrate/registrar in the capacity of Executor, with the Prosecutor acting in the capacity of Beneficiary of the trust for any and all matters as we, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, and the living being we are incarnated into, 'Mario-Gonzales': of the clan “Veloso”, believe we are both the general guardian and general executor of “Mario Gonzales Veloso” or “Mario Gonzalez Veloso”, et alia, in any and all “matters” before any and all “courts”, such "courts" as being part of the aforementioned corporate entity "GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES" or "REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES"; and

We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, are not the “trustee”, therefore the court has a fiduciary responsibility to the trust and must obey the rules, instructions, and decisions of the “Executor”, said "Executor" as represented by this superior entity in the Eyes of Yahuah The Almighty, abiding in His Laws and carrying His Spirit through the essence of the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, and

114. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, rebut, rebuke and reject any and all “Presumptions of Executor De Son Tort”, and we, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, assert our right as Executor and Beneficiary over the flesh and blood body, mind and 'soul and Spirit' and challenge and question the court which is proposing to act and/or acting as an Executor De Son Tort or a “false executor” and challenging the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, the “rightful” judge as per the commands of The Almighty Yahuah, as Executor; and

115. Any and all “judges”, “prosecutors”, “registrars”, “clerks of courts” and/or “magistrates” have no right nor authority from the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, to assume the role of “true” executor and have no right to seek the assistance of police, bailiffs or sheriffs to assert their false claims and have We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso", be forced into any legal presumptions/maneuvers, such personnel as being part of the aforementioned "courts" which in turn is part of the aforementioned corporate entity "GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES" or "REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES"; and

116. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, rebut, rebuke and reject any and all “Presumptions of Incompetence”; and

117. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, are not ignorant of the law nor of any presumptions of law such as “legislation”, and, being “Sui Juris”, we, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, are of sound mind, literate, articulate and, as principal and Executive Beneficiary, are competent to present the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, and argue properly, therefore, the judge/magistrate/registrar, acting unlawfully as “Executor De Son Tort”, has no right to have the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, be forced into any legal maneuvers, and object to any contrary presumptions; and

118. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, rebut, rebuke and reject any and all “Presumptions of Guilt”; and

119. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso", rebut, rebuke and reject any and all presumptions that any and all “matters” before any and all “courts” in the “Philippines”, such "courts" as being part of the aforementioned corporate entity "GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES" and/or "REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES", are private business meetings of the Bar Guild, and rebut reject and rebuke any and all “Presumptions of Guilt”; and

120. Any and all “Courts” of the “Philippines”, such "courts" as being part of the aforementioned corporate entity "GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES" and/or "REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES", and/or any of its agents, is/are dismissed from ever assuming the role of “trustee” in any matters concerning the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, and/or any trust accounts, including, but not limited to, “Mario Gonzales Veloso” and/or “Mario Gonzalez Veloso” and/or “Mario G Veloso” and/or “Mario Veloso” and/or “Veloso, Mario Gonzales” and/or “Veloso, Mario Gonzalez” and/or “Veloso. Any and all “Courts” of the “Philippines”, such "courts" as being part of the aforementioned corporate entity "GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES" and/or "REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES", and/or any of its agents, is/are dismissed from ever assuming the role of “trustee” in any matters involving or concerning the seed of my loins, my biological creations, my current and yet to be, “future”, living biological creations, including but not limited to my living biological creation ‘Josiah-Lance-Odilao’: of the clan “Veloso” and his trust accounts “Veloso, Josiah Lance O.”, “JOSIAH LANCE ODILAO VELOSO”, “JOSIAH LANCE O. VELOSO”, and “Josiah Lance O Veloso” and all variations of such name with a surname, and my living biological creation ‘Jethro-Luis-Odilao’: of the clan “Veloso” and his trust accounts “Veloso, Jethro Luis O.”, "VELOSO, JETHRO LUIS O.”, “JETHRO LUIS ODILAO VELOSO”, “JETHRO LUIS O.
