Re: Contracts

"This living man, through the guidance of his 'soul and Spirit', the Ruach Ha Qodesh as promised by my Saviour, Yahusha Ha Mashiach, does not, can not, and will not enter into any contract with corporate commercial entities, except for the endeavors as Declared in these writings for the "zeroing out" or "balancing the books" or "wiping clean" of the commercial ledgers (secretly "joindered contracts") as kept by the "commercial Systems" of Babylon, all parasitic in nature sucking out the life's essence of and to the detriment of this living man."

"This living man declares all contracts null and void from the very beginning, as presumably entered into by the "person" "Mario Gonzales Veloso" or "Mario Gonzalez Veloso" and any/all variations of such legal names, and then, afterwards, "joindered" this living man unto the said "person" using presumptions absent any full disclosure and full education regarding the "legal" nature of the Ens Legis "person" on the Birth Certificate, thereby enslaving this living man and making him do all the efforts on behalf of a dead entity, such "person" turned out to be just a legal persona that is distinct from and not this living man. Yahusha Ha Mashiach be my Teacher, Yahuah The Great I Am be my strength, my power, and my First Witness. The Laws as given by Yahuah The Almighty to Noah, to Moses, and to all chosen patriarchs in the Scriptures are very much sufficient for the lawful contractual needs of this living man."

"This living man, as the occupant to the Office of the Executor of the "estate"/"person"/"sole proprietor" as evidenced on the Birth Certificate bearing the name "Mario Gonzales Veloso" or "Mario Gonzalez Veloso" and/or any variations of said name "with a surname", with "Date of Registration" or "Date Received at the Registrar's Office" on September 29, 1970, wishes for all the books of accounts of the "person" in relation to any presumed "Contract" be balanced out or zeroed out.

"Further, any gains in the commercialization of the essence of life of this living man by the "joindering" effect unto the "person" "Mario Gonzales Veloso" or "Mario Gonzalez Veloso" and/or any variations of said name, as recorded on the accounting books of records of any commercial entity, be surrendered immediately and without any delay in favor of the Office of the Executor of the said "estate"; said "credits" as intended by this living man to be given to all poor peoples and animals of this Earth through the goodwill programs he intends to do as an offering to the Almighty Yahuah and in fulfillment to the command of Yahusha Ha Mashiach, my Master, to give all Earthly wealth to the poor."

"Further to this Declaration, let all commercial entities be very aware that if this living man can not do such goodwill programs using his Heavenly Wealth as given originally to this living man by Yahuah The Creator through His everlasting covenant with my grandfather Noah, and due to the unending lies, secrecy, and thievery of Babylon using the commercial System, then such grave sin of enslavement and indirect thievery ("joindering") are clearly being done unto the Glory and Majesty of Yahuah, this living man only comes as the second victim."

122. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, unless we give our specific personal, written, conscious, fully aware and fully informed consent, without coercion, to each individual act as a result of the full disclosure of every possible effect or outcome of such use, with nothing hidden, no deception employed, autographed by us in wet ink, and can be produced on demand, hereby declare any and all contracts made without the living being’s knowing and active present consent to be “null and void from the very beginning”; and

123. If any such written ‘consent’ was obtained from the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, through subterfuge, intimidation, coercion, deceit, misrepresentation, manipulation, falsifying of the facts, non-disclosure, adhesion, hypothecation, et cetera, and/or in circumstances in which the living being would have normally rejected any unconscionable contract and/or would not have consented to any such contracts, any and all contracts are hereby declared to be “null and void from the very beginning”; and

124. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, do not consent to any contract in any way unless we give our specific personal, written, conscious, fully aware and fully informed consent, without coercion, to each individual act as a result of the full disclosure of every possible effect or outcome of such use, with nothing hidden, no deception employed, autographed by us in wet ink, and can be produced on demand, and said contract is current (up to date); and

125. The use of, and/or association with, any and all previous contracts or perceived consent by our 'soul and Spirit' enacted through any form of tacit or assumed consent by another “person”, entity, or being – are completely denied, voided, null, forbidden and banned unless a current contract or treaty, written and autographed in wet ink by us, has been negotiated freely and transparently with us face to face with full disclosure and full accounting; and

126. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, rebut all presumed consent, tacit consent, tacit acquiescence and assumed compliance with all lessor and/or lesser authorities that are “Earth-based” and/or merely “human” and/or man, and/or of “human” and/or man construct, as is our right under our personal agreement as, and with, The Creator, Yahuah is His Name, the Maker of all universes and realities, and choose to stay under the authority of The Creator only, with no other authorities standing between; and

127. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, state that our unique agreement with The Creator, Yahuah is His Name, is final, and supersedes every other agreement, authority, convention, statute, regulation or rule that is either “Earth-based” or off-world-based, especially if it seeks to enslave our 'soul and Spirit' and/or being, or limit our freedom in any way, unless we give our specific personal, written, conscious, fully aware and fully informed consent, without coercion, to each individual act as a result of the full disclosure of every possible effect or outcome of such use, with nothing hidden, no deception employed, autographed by us in wet ink, and can be produced on demand; and

128. Any “person”/being/corporation/“government”/religious organisation/entity/machine/consciousness, from this and/or any other domain of “Earth”, any dimension, any universe, any perceived “other” level of existence, that wishes to have a contract with our 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, our ethereal body, our electro-magnetic profile, our astral body, our consciousness, our physical flesh and blood body, our emotional body, or any other aspect of our spiritual and/or physical being, must do so face to face, through the living being ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, our physical body, and do so in complete transparency, with every single piece of that contract/consent explained in full detail, with absolutely no missing information or obligations left unstated or unexplained, and must be written out in full, in English only, with our fully conscious approval, and to be agreed to must be autographed in wet ink by us, of our own free will, with an X symbol and/or private mark, with our thumb print and/or the blood of our living being or any of our own liquid essence that contains our own natural DNA; and
