This ‘Statement and Declaration of Truth’/”Affidavit” also fully and completely applies to any and all biological creations created by the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, and any and all minors and/or incompetent family member/s within and/or under our care and guidance together with my wife, within this “Earthly” realm and lifetime, as enumerated: ‘Marie-Sharlene-Ugbinar’: of the clan “Odilao”, ‘Josiah-Lance-Odilao’: of the clan “Veloso”, ‘Jethro-Luis-Odilao’: of the clan “Veloso”, and ‘Nenita-Ugbinar’: of the clan “Odilao”; and

153. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, make this ‘Statement and Declaration of Truth’/”Affidavit” in the knowledge that a soul and/or a living being knowingly saying and/or making false statements, may be liable to the judgement of The Creator, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name, and to perjury as defined, understood and authorised by The Creator; and

154. All words and meanings used here/within this ‘Statement and Declaration of Truth’/”Affidavit” are as we, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan "Veloso”, understand and define them under "The Laws of Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM" or the “Universal Law”, non-obstante and void of Semantics, and if any part of a provision of this ‘Statement and Declaration of Truth’/”Affidavit” is judged invalid or unenforceable in a jurisdiction using the Laws of Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM and not any legal codes as made by men, then it is severed for that jurisdiction and the remainder of this ‘Statement and Declaration of Truth’/”Affidavit” will continue to operate; and

155. Except for as expressly stated in this agreement, this agreement comprises the entire agreement between the parties. Except for as expressly stated in this agreement, this agreement supersedes and replaces all previous agreements, understandings, representations, correspondence and relationships between the parties and all previous agreements, understandings, representations, correspondence and relationships are hereby terminated; and

156. All the facts herein are true, correct and complete, admissible as evidence and, if called upon as a witness, provided the one who is calling is "superior" in essence in reference to this living man, this 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, will testify to their veracity through the live born being, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, standing upon, and only upon, the land; and

157. This ‘Statement and Declaration of Truth’/”Affidavit” is autographed below and presented/served to the recipient/s without prejudice, vexation, liability, argument or merriment, with all Natural Indefeasible Rights reserved;

158. This ‘Statement and Declaration of Truth’/”Affidavit” stands as, and is also considered to be, functional when relevant and required at the sole determination of the deponent, as a Deed of Amendment, a Deed of Correction, a Deed of Remedy, and/or a Counter-Deed of Property; and
