This Truth Declaration is executed primarily as a Heavenly and Spiritual act done on Earth as a wise and powerful Will commanded by The Creator, I AM WHO I AM, through the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, the superior Power incarnated into the living man, 'Mario-Gonzales': of the clan “Veloso”. This is all about cleaning up the whole house that The Creator, I AM WHO I AM, gifted this living man as his living body becomes the very temple of the Ruach Ha Qodesh while on this Earth. Heaven now awaits in all eagerness for all of The Creator's remnant children that will come back into the arms of their waiting Father in Heaven, I AM WHO I AM is His Name!

Every word as declared in this ‘Statement and Declaration of Truth’/”Affidavit” is made under the full authority of Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach, The Son and Emissary of The Almighty Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name! In full faith to the Words and Kingship as declared by Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach in the Scriptures, it is by His Name that we, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, 'Mario-Gonzales': of the clan “Veloso”, openly declare our full redemption, both in our Heavenly calling, which is foremost, and on our Earthly essence, in order to do good works as we prepare for our King and Saviour's return on this Earth from Heaven as commanded by The Creator, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name!

We are heirs and servants of The Almighty Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, and Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach is our Redeemer; and as Abraham was given a new Name by Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, this living man declares that we bear the Name given by The Almighty Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name, through His Spirit, and it is the Name 'Amats-Lokem', incarnated in this living man as Willed by Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: “Veloso”.

Isaiah 65:15
"You will leave your name for My chosen ones to use in their curses; the Sovereign Aluah, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name, will put you to death, but to His servants He will give another name."

This living man is co-heir with Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach and a son to Yahuah, The Almighty I AM WHO I AM through His everlasting covenant with Noah and through His promise of Kingship in the lineage of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (Yahsharal), by faith and open declaration! This is the Heavenly calling and appointment of this living man as proclaimed in the Scriptures by The Almighty Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM.

Revelation 3:11-12
"I (Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach) am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown. The one who is victorious I will make a pillar in the temple of my Aluah. Never again will they leave it (Kingship). I will write on them the Name of Yahuah my Aluah, I AM WHO I AM, and the name of the city of my Aluah, the new Jerusalem, which is coming down out of Heaven from my Aluah; and I will also write on them my new Name."

1. This ‘Statement and Declaration of Truth’/”Affidavit” is made under and in agreement with the following internationally accepted Maxims and Principles of Law:

-Notice to principal is notice to agent, and notice to agent is notice to principal

-A workman is worthy of his hire

-All are equal under the law

-In commerce, truth is sovereign

-Truth is expressed in the form of an affidavit

-An unrebutted affidavit stands as truth in commerce

-An unrebutted affidavit becomes the judgment in commerce

-All matters must be expressed to be resolved

-He who leaves the battlefield first loses by default

-Sacrifice is the measure of credibility (no willingness to sacrifice = no liability, responsibility, authority or measure of conviction)

-A lien or claim can be satisfied only through an affidavit by a point-for-point rebuttal, resolution by jury or payment

2. This ‘Statement and Declaration of Truth’/”Affidavit” is given to all in order to;

a. establish, signify, proclaim, and verify the status of this living man; and

b. to eliminate/deny any and all presumptions by any and all fictitious, corporate or private entities; and

c. to rebut any and all alleged claimed authority and/or jurisdiction of any and all fictitious, corporate or private entities, over the deponent, those entities being without standing upon the land; and

d. to render null and void from the very beginning as "joindered" unto this living man all purported "contracts" presumed to be entered into between any commercial/corporate entity and the estate, person, and/or individual named on paper as "MARIO GONZALES VELOSO" and/or "MARIO GONZALEZ VELOSO" or any variations and derivations of such fictitious name/s with a surname as originally indicated on the "BIRTH CERTIFICATE"; and

e. to make separate and with full distinction, in full faith and compliance to the commands of the Creator, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name and to declare with finality the Heavenly and Earthly separation and distinction between the following names:

i. "MARIO GONZALES VELOSO" and/or "MARIO GONZALEZ VELOSO" or any variations and derivations of such name/s with a surname, such name being the "estate"; and

ii. 'Amats-Lokem' and/through the living man we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, such Name being the Beneficiary and the General Executor, and to be very specific, the Occupant to the Office of the Executor for the Estate;

Further, the former name being "fictitious" (without life) and a "presumption" without the proper consent and full disclosure using the "BIRTH CERTIFICATE", while on the contrary, the latter being the living man (full of life) with a 'soul and Spirit' as breathed life by The Creator, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name; and moreover, the former as bound to this Earth and only for this Earth while the latter being called out into Heaven and the Name as owned by The Almighty Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM; and

3. In this agreement unless the context otherwise requires:

a. headings are for the convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of this agreement; and

b. the singular includes the plural and vice versa; and

Re: The “soul and Spirit”

4. We are an aspect/creation of the All That Is, the Supreme Consciousness, also known as the Collective Consciousness, hereafter referred to as ‘The Creator’, or 'The Almighty', or 'The Great I AM', Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name; and

5. We are a vibrational awareness, a vibrational energy, and a cosmic consciousness also referred to as a 'soul and Spirit' and in all dimensions our ‘Name’ and our ‘purpose’ are decided and Willed solely by The Almighty, The Creator, The Great I AM, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name; and

6. We, being ‘eternal’, exist in multiple dimensions simultaneously, and inside and outside of "time" as it is known in this “third-dimensional realm”; and

7. Yahuah The Creator, I AM WHO I AM, of which we are a part and a child of, created the universe and all aspects of it; and

8. Our 'soul and Spirit' was not born, it is, and has been, ever since the Will of Yahuah The Creator, I AM WHO I AM, created our essence through His Word as such 'soul and Spirit' is an ancient Malachim, a brother to Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach, the firstborn among all of Us Chosen Ones; and

9. Our 'soul and Spirit' exists in the universe as an integral part of the universe and shall remain solely as The Almighty's Creation through His Will, with said 'soul and Spirit' as like a drop in the ocean, that ocean known as Yahuah The Creator, The Almighty, I AM WHO I AM; and

10. Yahuah The Creator, I AM WHO I AM, created all ‘matter’ including, but not limited to: this planet, known as “Earth”; created the land, created the oceans, rivers and lakes, created the air, created all living beings and life on this planet; and

11. Yahuah The Creator, I AM WHO I AM, is the Supreme and only authority over this planet and all things such as matter comprising it, and all living beings living on it; and

12. Our 'soul and Spirit' is breathed life by The Creator, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name, His Spirit manifested on this “Earthly” realm giving life to the living man, 'Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”; and

13. The Creator Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name, in the true faith that this living man have lived by in this world, gave His Ruach Ha Qodesh to accompany this living man, 'Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, in the Spirit, my Spiritual Mother, to guide, to give wisdom, knowledge and understanding, to bring power unto every Word that proceeds out of the mouth of this living man; and

Re: The Living Man

14. Our 'soul and Spirit' made a choice to incarnate into the form of “man”, with the mother being “Lea”, born of both the clan “Gonzales” and the clan “Esquivel”, with the “biological father” being “Maximo”, born of both the clan “Veloso” and the clan “Sanico” hereafter called ‘the biological creators’, both of which have or had physical standing upon the land at the time of the ‘conception’ of our living being; and

15. The living fetus into which we incarnated was born (not "birthed", not "Date of Birth") as a living being on the date known as the Twentieth day of the month of “September” in the year of Yahuah The Almighty, I AM WHO I AM, known as “Nineteen-Seventy” on the land known as “Ophir”; and

16. The physical living being in which we are now incarnated is born of co-creation of both the clan “Gonzales” and the clan “Veloso”; and

17. The living being in which we are now incarnated considers himself a national of the land known since Biblical times as Ophir; and

18. The living being in which we are now incarnated is neither alien of “Ophir”, nor a citizen of Ophir, nor considers himself a citizen of any other fictitious “country”; and

19. The biological creators ‘Lea’ and ‘Maximo’ gave the living being in which we are now incarnated the appellation ‘Mario-Gonzales’, and is described as 'of the clan' “Veloso”; and

20. The appellation of the live-born being, as given above in the previous paragraph (19), is based upon the appellation given to the live-born biological creation by the living biological “mother” into the clan known in this case as “Gonzales” preceded by a hyphen signifying continuity with the first name and have to be understood as the name of the living man with no surname, therefore, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso” or ‘Mario-Gonzales’: “Veloso” is to be construed as the specific name of the living being with no surname as linked by the hyphen and stopped by the colon ('Mario-Gonzales':) followed by the 'description' of the living being's father's clan ("Veloso"), this follows and obeys the ancient Ways of The Creator, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name, when He describes His servants in the Scriptures by His own distinction for each, such as, Noah "the son of Lamech", Isaiah "the son of Amoz", Josiah "the son of Amon", David "the son of Jesse", and the like; and

21. This live-born being in which we are now incarnated is not in any way to be confused as being the statutory-created fiction nor any statutory-created fiction nor any estates with the name/s “Mario Gonzales Veloso” nor “Mario Gonzalez Veloso” nor “Mario G Veloso” nor “Mario Veloso” nor “Veloso, Mario Gonzales” nor “Veloso, Mario Gonzalez” nor “Veloso. Mario, G” nor “Mario, G, Veloso”, et alia, nor any such upper case, “CAPITAL-LETTERED” nor lower case variation of such, in any way, including but not limited to punctuation, initials, prefixes, suffixes, titles, appendages, and the like; and

22. The living being in which we are now incarnated, so named ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, is a creation of The Creator, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name; and

23. The living being, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, is not a creature, monster, animal, instrument, surety, fiction, chattel, slave, servant, subject, citizen, serf, vassal, vessel, or member of a colony, or any other similar representative of fealty or subservience;

"This living man is a servant "only" of The Almighty Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, and if anybody on this Earth claims otherwise, then Yahuah The Source of all Power, I AM WHO I AM, will be their primary adversary because this living man was already redeemed by The Creator through the payment as delivered by His Son, His Emissary, Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach."

"I am Yahuah your Aluah, I AM WHO I AM, who brought you out of slavery in Egypt......"

1 Timothy 2:5-6
"For there is one Aluah and one Mediator between The Aluah and mankind, the man Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach, Who gave Himself as a ransom (payment) for all people. This has now been witnessed to at the proper time."

24. The 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, has sole authority and control over the living being, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, and that authority is derived directly from The Creator, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His name; and

25. The living being, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, is also known as ‘Amats-Lokem’, an appellation with which the 'soul and Spirit' making this ‘Statement and Declaration of Truth’/”Affidavit” chooses to also be identified as whilst in this realm and in this living being; and

26. The 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, plays out this incarnation through the living being, and as the living being, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, solely with, and under the absolute authority and blessing of, The Creator, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name; and

27. The living being, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, is the ‘vehicle’ or “vessel” of/for the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, so that the 'soul and Spirit' may observe, operate, interact and interface within, and obtain knowledge from, these dimensional domains, both physical and non physical, living and non-living dimensions of the “past”, present and yet to be, “future”, and cannot be, and is denied to be, claimed by, or under the authority of, any fiction, government, religion, corporation, species, and/or other entity; and

28. The living being, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, having reached the age of majority, that being eighteen years, on the Twentieth day of the month of September in the year of Yahuah The Almighty, I AM WHO I AM, known as “Nineteen-Eighty-Eight”, and with a body and genetic DNA free of any injections and/or external genetic modifications, hereby claims copyright ownership of their DNA from the biological creators, the “mother” and “father”, with their consent and approval; and

30. The living being, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, having reached the age of majority, that being eighteen years, on the twentieth day of the month of September in the year of Yahuah The Almighty, I AM WHO I AM, known as “Nineteen-Eighty-Eight”, hereby claims copyright ownership of the visual image of the living being, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”; and

31. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, have the full capacity to manage our own affairs, and are not under any legal disability to act for ourselves, nor under the power of another, nor under guardianship, nor having any “earthbound” or “extra-terrestrial” authority standing between our living being and The Creator, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name, unless we give our specific personal, written, conscious, fully aware and fully informed consent, without coercion, to each individual act as a result of the full disclosure of every possible effect or outcome of such use, with nothing hidden, no deception employed, autographed by us in wet ink, and can be produced on demand; and

37. I, the living man known as ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, am literate in English, and am not illiterate; and

38. I, the living man known as ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, am fully conscious, aware, fully cognitive, knowledgeable, and cognisant, and am not ignorant; and

39. I, the living man known as ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, am sane, sensible, intelligent, reasonable, rational, logical and sapient, and not a lunatic; and

40. I, the living man known as ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, am financially self-sufficient, and am not a pauper, my Father in Heaven will Witness for my sake as His heir and co-heir with Yahusha, Immanuel His Son, my King and Saviour as my Second Witness; and

Re: Assertions

41. We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, renounce, rebut, disassociate and reject in its entirety that the “Corpus Juris Civilis” (as issued by order of Emperor Justinian I from [529 AD] to [534 AD]), and any and all instruments subsequently and consequently constructed from it, has any authority over us, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”;

"This living man is given life in the Spirit by The Almighty, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name! The inheritance of His Laws towards His children is "immutable" and "unchanging", such Laws are embedded in the hearts and minds of His Chosen Ones through His Spirit living inside of each one."

"I am Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, that is my Name; and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise unto graven images!"

We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, renounce, rebut, disassociate and reject in its entirety any and all claims made in/by the “Unam Sanctum” or “Unam Sanctam” issued by Pope Boniface VIII on the date known as “18 November 1302”, and/or any other subsequent papal bulls;

"This living man is given life in the Spirit by The Almighty, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name! This living man's salvation was already paid for by Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach even before any Pope came into being."

"I am Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, that is my Name; and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise unto graven images!"

"Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other Name (Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach) under Heaven given to men by which we must be saved."

We, the 'soul and Spirit', ‘Amats-Lokem’, in our own inherent Universal sovereignty, and the living being we are incarnated into, ‘Mario-Gonzales’: of the clan “Veloso”, is always given the chance of salvation by my Father in Heaven, I AM WHO I AM, through the redemptive Power as accomplished by Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach, such hope is always present and active in this current “now” moment, therefore, this living man renounce, rebut, disassociate and reject in their entirety all claims made by all the Roman Pontiffs, in the “past”, present and yet to be, the “future”;

"Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach, my King and my Saviour, is the only authority from Heaven unto this Earth in Whom this living man puts all his trust, confidence, and allegiance."

The healthy, alive and kicking baby was simply "registered as if dead", a very clear fact that started this living man's interest in finding out the true purpose of the Birth Certificate as used in the governmental and commercial world."

At common law an adult may assume any “surname” by using such name and becoming known by it, for the use of a “surname” is a discretion rather than a must as done by his parents who are both "very much unaware" during the time that this living man was born, and the “surname” is never formally bestowed on a “person” but acquired by the living man or woman by reputation, and, as such, the “surname” not being a "must" of the law but a matter of discretion which can be decided by the living man himself;

Genesis Chapter 5 - How Yahuah The Almighty, I AM WHO I AM Names His Children
In the Scriptures, the Words as breathed life and substance by The Creator, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His Name, no one can find "surnames" when The Creator describes genealogies in laying out His children's Names. This is the Way of The Creator, Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM is His name, and this is the way that this living man declares in these Declarations as to how he will be named as the living man, ‘Mario-Gonzales’, of the clan “Veloso”; in this written form of the living man's name, my father's family name is written as a description of my genealogy and not as a "surname".

Matthew 7:21-23
“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Master, master,’ will enter the kingdom of Heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in Heaven. "This living man is a living child of the land and surely not a dead entity. "This living man was educated wrongfully about the similarities of the words "birthday" and "date of registration" as appearing on the Birth Certificate, as opposed to the word "bornday" or "Date Born" which is nowhere to be found on such a legal document. On the schools curriculum, from Elementary up to his College years and even thereafter, there is no mention of the big differences of such very important words ("birthday" and "born-day"). Further, this living man was also wrongfully educated on the said schools curriculum about the implications of a name that is written in all capitals, that it bears no meaning at all as compared to a properly stylized name. As a quick example, the word "eat" is not the symbol "EAT", because anything written in all-capitals "as interpreted in all legal avenues" does not bear any meaning at all in the English grammar. The Commercial Money System
"Let no entity on this Earth presume that this living man is depending on the 'commercial' money System for his life's essence as it is just merely used by this living man because there is no other form of payment or bargaining introduced. This exactly mirrors what Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach did when He instructed Peter to fish for a silver coin to pay the taxes (Matthew 17:24-27). Immanuel is not bound by the powers of the money System, and yet, He 'opted' to pay because of a higher purpose, not because He is 'one with the System', but because there is no other alternative of payment to use during that time, and also, because the Father in Heaven 'have already provided in advance' even before Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach walked on this Earth. This living man while still on this Earth is doing exactly the very examples of my King and Saviour Yahusha, Immanuel Ha Mashiach.

To All Trustees of Trust Funds for Nationals
"Let all 'governmental' and 'commercial' entities of this Earth, 'Trustees' of all Trust Funds of the Heavenly Wealth as Willed on this Earth by Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, for the benefit of His children, the remnants of Yahsharal in these last days, be informed that this living man has to eat and be sustained daily as well so that 'all good works' that he will offer to His Heavenly Father while living on Earth be fufilled to the fullest, to be 'clothed', to be 'sheltered', to 'do good works'. These are not 'wants' by this living man, these are 'needs' as the Creator Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, made and designed this living man to be while on this world, hence, all Earthly Trustees as allowed by Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM, on this Earth, 'for the benefit' of this living man (the Beneficiary) when he was born on this Earth as a healthy baby boy, is now put on Notice so that such resources be released to this living man in a timely manner in order for this living man to fulfill his role as a servant and a son of Yahuah, I AM WHO I AM. "This living man have understood it very clearly that the Constitution as a 'creature of the law of men' needs to have a 'person' inside its powers that will represent each and every living man and living woman that are its creators. "This living man had understood further into his own self-study by the guidance of my dear Spiritual Mother, the Ruach Ha Qodesh, that when the living baby was born, all parts of his body were 'intact' and 'alive and kicking'. But in accordance with proper health practices, the placenta and the umbilical cord had to be 'separated' from the living baby's body as it is considered 'non-essential' to life. Once these 'living' parts of the baby's body is separated, after some time it had surely died and cease to be living. It is this 'dead' body part of the whole living body, now separated, that was given the ALL-CAPS name on the Birth Certificate, the 'citizen' and the 'person', and all documents and evidence of tissue samples were submitted to higher authorities that initiated all these 'occult' practices, clearly and without a shadow of any doubt, the 'undertakers' representing the world of the dead.
